Superficially clean but dirty windows and other parts of the room.
Bad not the most comfortable but decent.
Disappointment was there was no free WiFi 🛜 except first 30 minutes.
Except menu deal for 14£ and cafe nothing else offered.
In the morning very loud with doors of the other rooms opening and closing.
Standard Premier Inn room, clean and comfortable. If you have an early train or flight as I did, this place is in a perfect location, a few minutes walk away from Piccadilly train station. You can get to the airport quickly by train. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Have just booked this hotel again for my next Manchester trip.
Good location and nice service. Very convenient to Manchester City Centre. Room size is acceptable for two adults. Breakfast is English style but can be more choice in fruit selections. Definitely will stay again in next time.
Very good experience from the beginning to the end. I was greeted by Michelle and she was so helpful and super friendly. When we asked reception for the help to reset the heating, they came to help immediately and very helpful. Clean room perfect location for early flight. Will stay here again.

We were a little disappointed, however, that we were unable to have a drink at the bar (even though there were lots of seats available) without pre-booking. Maybe guests should be informed of this when booking. Otherwise, we had a good time.
ผผู้เข้าพักMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อDuring my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience.
A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay.
The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience.
One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons.
In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.
ผผู้เข้าพักStaff were really helpful, and the reception, bar area looks so pretty with the lights everywhere. The bedroom doors were very tired looking and didn't live up to the rest of the hotel. Our AC didn't work, and you couldn't open the window, we did call down to reception and the lady said she could control it but it didn't change and was very hot.
