The location and amenities are great, however it’s a bit confusing to have a dedicated hotel shuttle at a cost of £8 return. While there is a public transport (see attached image) within 4-5 minutes walk, even without basic pedestrian infrastructure, it’s easy to reach using Google maps.
All that enables the private 3rd party to become successful for offering a paid airport shuttle service.
We had a luxurious large room on the top floor overlooking the sports fields. It was immaculate. Had the pleasure of going to the bar and the lobby lounge. Both very enjoyable. Friendly quite well trained staff very impressive.
Beautiful hotel and grounds, well decorated room with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing, with perfect poached eggs! All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The Lychee Martini was an excellent recommendation too! Obviously, there was some aeroplane noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Would definitely recommend, and we look forward to our next stay!
Great hotel for this price all the things you need and breakfast a bonus has nice tvs although you’re unable to use Netflix or other services apart from Apple TV using the web browser. Showers are very easy and good to use as well as all the other things. These hotels come with more stuff then you would get in a premier in for a cheaper price very good.
Spotless room and amazing staff – Perfect location
Just stayed at the Radisson Stansted and it was incredible! The staff was attentive and welcoming, especially at check-in. The hotel is spotless and in an ideal location close to the Terminal. Highly recommend for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay!”
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is ideally situated with lovely sea views, and the cleanliness throughout was absolutely spotless. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and very good value for money. Our room was comfortable and well cared for, and the whole place had a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere with great attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a faultless stay.
The hotel location is good, nearby the retail park. And around 10mins drive to the seafront.
But the hotel room too small compare with the other area outside London. We booked the airport view, but the window also too small. So not really enjoy with the view. The hotel is old, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Not too many facilities in the hotel.
By the way, we are really enjoyed our trip in Holiday Inn. If we come to Southend on sea we will come again.
The room was clean and the single beds were absolutely huge. I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel was incredibly helpful and very accommodating in making the necessary changes for me.
The location is good and the walk from the airport arrivals hall is short, but the route was a bit confusing—the signs could have been larger or placed more frequently along the way. Another minor downside was the bathroom shower, which was a bit impractical as water easily ended up all over the floor. Overall, the great service made it a very nice stay!
ผผู้เข้าพักJust a few points of feedback:
I paid for breakfast up front - which was meant to be open from 7am. However, what really happened was that breakfast (prepared by the Receptionist - who was very helpful) started to be prepared from 7am-ish. Coffee, microwave toastie, juice etc duly handed over in a paper bag (I was not the only one waiting) - but this was not ready 'till ~7.20am. Makes a difference if you need to eat and get on your way.
Also, £2.50 for the car-park - why? It's not the money - just the impression given.
The restaurant is Indian cooking - which I enjoyed. Waiter was pleasant and efficient.
Room was basic. Clean but a few cobwebs in the cupboards. No AC.

NNadlouThe 4sisters Inn (not advertised as this on arrival) is located offside a road and it is likened to a U.S motel style layout. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to our room. The room was described as a superior twin with garden view. The room was large and had 2 beds which were bigger than a standard size singles.
There is a kettle with cups and drinking glasses, tea & coffee sachets, milk. Flat screen tv on wall.
There is a wall fan and a wall heater, also 2 hairdryers.
A small closed room with coat hangers in for coats.
The so called garden view was just a bit of land with trees overgrown area which was littered with glass bottles & rubbish.
There was a wetroom/toilet. The decor had 1 wall with brown/ cream tiles and 3 walls with grey/silver plastic tongue & groove it was odd and was very mismatched. There were no hooks or rail to hang towels/ clothes in the room.
The water drainage grate was broken.
2 bath towels and hand towels were provided.
We booked this place as it was a convenient location to east 15 drama school, there isn't much around the area. There is a Miller & Carter restaurant 2 mins away and onside a small animal visitor centre and an MMA boxing club.
On reflection this place needs a complete decor renovation and a deep clean but it was comfortable and was OK for the price.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a good stay although our sleep was disrupted as we could not turn off the air con we tried numerous things numerous times and it would not turn off it was loud and kept us awake.
Breakfast was OK although no real vegetarian options such as veggie/vegan sausages etc and had to wait a while for things to be topped up.
Restaurant was nice however and staff were friendly.
