Have always wanted to stay here. Sadly it's very dated in places. The first room I checked into was cold, it appeared that the heating was not working. Was offered blankets or change rooms. Opted to change room. 2nd room was unbearably hot but felt I couldn't complain again. Only one of the two small windows opened and the radiator had no controls to turn it down. The reception gave me no directions to get to either room location the hotel is a maze. Door staff on security were good and welcoming when getting back early in the morning and this was reassuring. Reception staff on check out were kind and happy to store our bags in the luggage room while we wandered round Bournemouth. For less than £50 for a Saturday night hotel it was as I expected.

โรงแรมดีแต่ขาดความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด 😬 อาหารเช้าธรรมดา แทบไม่มีผลไม้สดเลย (แอปเปิ้ลและกล้วยสุกเกินไป) และผักไม่มากนัก แต่พนักงานก็เป็นมิตร (อัธยาศัยดีกว่าคนที่แผนกต้อนรับ) เชฟยุ่งทุกวันแต่ก็ยิ้มแย้มกับแขกทุกคน เป็นวิธีที่ดีในการเริ่มต้นวันใหม่ ขอบคุณ!:) พื้นที่สปาดีมาก เหมาะกับวันที่อากาศมืดครึ้ม!:) ห้องพักโอเค ไม่มีหน้าต่างให้เปิด ทำให้ไม่มีอากาศบริสุทธิ์ อุณหภูมิของน้ำค่อนข้างต่ำ ไม่สามารถอาบน้ำได้อย่างเต็มที่

ห้องพักดีมาก กว้างขวางและมีเครื่องปรับอากาศ และฝักบัวก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน (น้ําร้อนตามความต้องการทันที) บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่ให้มาก็ค่อนข้างดีเช่นกัน ถ้าขาดตัวเลือกนิดหน่อย มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ มากมายให้ แต่พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักและสุภาพและทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ติดกับศูนย์ปลาโลมาเดินไม่ไกล ไม่มีการร้องเรียน

โดยรวมดีมากและห้องวิวทะเลก็คุ้มกับค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม อาหารยอดเยี่ยมและแม้ว่าจะมีราคาแพงเล็กน้อยแต่ก็ไม่แพงไปกว่าร้านอาหารดีๆ อื่นๆ ในบริเวณใกล้เคียง แปลกอย่างหนึ่งคือบาร์ริมสระ (สระแยกจากโรงแรมเล็กน้อย) ไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสําหรับกาแฟ แม้ว่าบาร์หลักในโรงแรมจะให้บริการกาแฟและเค้กที่ดีมาก

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

Excellent location right in the centre of Christchurch. Have stayed at the Kings arms hotel several times. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to help. Great breakfast and bar. Highly recommend.
