ครั้งแรกที่ฮอลิเดย์อินน์ พนักงานให้การต้อนรับและช่วยเหลือดีมาก และห้องพักก็สะอาดสะอ้าน พัก 2 คืนและรวมอาหารเช้าเป็นชั้นหนึ่ง ช่วยตัวเองทําอาหารเช้า เตียงขนาดใหญ่และสะดวกสบายมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดีมาก ฝักบัวคู่และเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ํามีให้พร้อม เบียร์ที่ดีเช่นกัน แต่อย่าลืมเปลี่ยนถ้าคุณไม่ได้จ่ายด้วยบัตรเพราะพวกเขาไม่มี หวังว่าจะได้กลับไปต้นปีหน้า

Excellent customer service from all members of staff. Room had all the amenities we needed. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast help yourself to cereals and fruit. The waiting staff took your hot food order at your table. Everything was hot, straight from the kitchen. Extra parking around the back is available if the front car park is full. You are a short walk to the top of the zig zag down to the beach and promenade. Overall a most enjoyable stay at The Grove Hotel. Would we return, yes if we found ourselves back in Bournemouth.

I booked for myself and my 2 dogs  Beach is 3 minutes by car perfect for the dogs

The property is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's conveniently located just a 13-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. Guests rave about the delicious breakfast offerings, which feature a variety of fresh, flavorful options to start the day right.

The was very good size, the shower was nice, hot and powerful. The room didn't clean 100% clean however was ok. Location is very good, close to town and the Pier, the hotel bar was cool/chill (forgot take a pic)

I stayed at the heathlands hotel last night and I had the best nights sleep ever as the bed was really comfortable and the bedding was comfortable as well and the duvet wasn’t too thick the bathroom was very clean and tidy but small the restaurant was shut but you could order food at the bar which I did I had fish and chips and peas which was ok but not good quality as the fish was too crispy but was reasonable for the price but I didn’t enjoy it the bar was very quiet so took my drinks to my room which was 126 and I would definitely have that room again overall I had a good stay and a good sleep

Excellent location right in the centre of Christchurch. Have stayed at the Kings arms hotel several times. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to help. Great breakfast and bar. Highly recommend.

Relatively small Holiday Inn but still good and good value. Helpful staff. Main issue was that we arrived at breakfast at about 9.45 (it stated that breakfast was served until 10.30). They had run out some of the items which weren’t replaced, and only served some items after about 10.20 when asked. Otherwise, an enjoyable couple of nights.

เมืองนี้สวยงามมาก ถัดจากโรงเรียนบรอดสตัน รถบัสสามารถเข้าถึงซาลิสบรีได้โดยตรง ไม่มี Uber ในเมือง แต่พนักงานโรงแรมกระตือรือร้นมากและจะช่วยจองแท็กซี่ วันจันทร์มาถึงและเวลาค่อนข้างช้า ร้านอาหารมากมายในเมืองไม่เปิดวันจันทร์ แต่บ้านก็มีชีวิตชีวามาก น่าแปลกใจมากที่มีส่วนลดสําหรับมื้อเย็นวันจันทร์ ฉันคิดส่วนลด 66 เปอร์เซ็นต์! การตกแต่งของโรงแรมเป็นแบบอังกฤษดั้งเดิม คลาสสิกและสวยงามมาก! เนื่องจากเก่าจึงไม่มีลิฟต์ โปรดใส่ใจกับกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาดใหญ่! ร้านสเต็กตรงข้ามประตูดีมาก! มีร้านอาหารมากมายรอบๆ!

โรงแรมดีแต่ขาดความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด 😬 อาหารเช้าธรรมดา แทบไม่มีผลไม้สดเลย (แอปเปิ้ลและกล้วยสุกเกินไป) และผักไม่มากนัก แต่พนักงานก็เป็นมิตร (อัธยาศัยดีกว่าคนที่แผนกต้อนรับ) เชฟยุ่งทุกวันแต่ก็ยิ้มแย้มกับแขกทุกคน เป็นวิธีที่ดีในการเริ่มต้นวันใหม่ ขอบคุณ!:) พื้นที่สปาดีมาก เหมาะกับวันที่อากาศมืดครึ้ม!:) ห้องพักโอเค ไม่มีหน้าต่างให้เปิด ทำให้ไม่มีอากาศบริสุทธิ์ อุณหภูมิของน้ำค่อนข้างต่ำ ไม่สามารถอาบน้ำได้อย่างเต็มที่
