Good location, clean, staff were polite and nice. Bar opens 24/7 which is excellent. Breakfast was good with a nice coffee machine for the start of day. I enjoyed the stay.

I booked a room from Ctrip, because I had a flight to Larnaca at 10:30 today morning, and it was better to live in one Hotel near London Luton airport, I choose this Hotel on Ctrip website. I took a train in Cardiff to London, than transfered to Luton airport by train. It was a long time to arrive the Hotel around 12 O'clock in the night today. There was a young woman in the receiption. I was harried to go to toilat, and asked her where is the toilat, she said there is no toilat. I am very angry for her reply. I told her I will check in later after I went to toilat. The manager came and show me where toilat is. Today morning at 7 O'clock, I Check out at the same place, and met the same woman. She said I had bought one Water and one Chocolate wnen I Checked in. Of course I need to pay, how much please? After she Checked and said : 95 Pound. It's crazy: one Water plus one Chocolate cast 95 Pound! I have paid for my room before I arrive! The same manager came again and check. Than told me 5 Pound I need to pay. This Hotel belong Mariot Group, I don't know I met such low employee in their Hotel. Very low and stupid. I decide I never live in this Hotel and talk about my experience to my friends.

Really conveniently located for our needs. Nice spacious room Comfortable bed with two options if needed Coffee, tea etc. available when needed. Breakfast although self produce, fave enough options and variety to start the day and journey home. Staff we saw were pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend. Thank you.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with this hotel, they went above and beyond for a very nervous solo traveller. Jess & Lester could not have been more helpful and honestly could not have done more to make what could have been a stressful time into a beautiful experience. Thank you so very much ❤️

Service is very bad. One of the worst hotel service I’ve seen. Receptionist gave me a room. It was pretty cold and air conditioner wasn’t working. I asked receptionist to change my room. She said, they are fully booked which is a lie, still there was three available room. She gave me heater but it didn’t help it. Later on, male receptionist he helped me and changed my room but because of other receptionist I had to sleep one hour less which it was important for me because only reason I stayed in this hotel to sleep well before my flight.

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton at Luton Airport Parkway and found the experience comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, providing a good night’s rest before travel. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good selection and was well presented. The only minor drawback was that the front desk was unable to assist with storing food, which would have been helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider returning.

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

Attention to details, great value for money, the room was spotless, staffs were friendly, check in was quick. Restaurant were amazing. Highly recommended and will return in the future.

Good location for an over-nighter, we walked to and from airport in 10 mins. Bus to Luton Parkway also right outside hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself has basic ‘lounge’ area with not too many seats if it was busy but was ok for us. All in all, worth the money, would recommend.
