We were well received by Michael at the reception gave us really helpful information where to get the best sea food for my birthday dinner. Breakfast was fantastic even the vegetarian option all was fabulous the young lass waiting i am sure her name is (Ora) was so kind and made us feel at home. Will definitely come back a relaxed overnight. The beach was fabulous 👌 enough to walk and its beauty amazing.

Having visited this hotel many times over the years, we were looking forward to return. We opted to pay for the upgrade to our room to a suite. The furnishings are tired, the dressing table worn and the curtains do not actually shut out all the light as they do not go far enough along beside the wardrobe. The food was average, service was slow and mistakes were made to the point our desserts were given for free on our last evening. When checking out I also feel we were carefully asked if everything was ok upstairs meaning our room - not asked about our stay etc. It's really disappointing as it has been a favourite place for our family to visit but I doubt we would return. The brie starter said it had oatmeal coating - it was not oatmeal. The venison was overcooked and very sweet. The chicken caesar salad i couldn't eat the meat - it was so peppery and spiced with cajun - not described on the menu.

Overall, it's a nice looking hotel. However, I couldn't open any of my windows and the room was boiling. It also had no en-suite. The bathroom that was available for my room was only outside the room door across about 2 metres, but that means u have to get changed to go to the toilet or use the shower. It was a nice bathroom, though. Friendly staff, too, and a fairly decent place to eat about 100 metres from the hotel entrance. I'd stay again, even with the slight inconveniences. Maybe not in summer though, unless they equipped air con or fixed it so that the windows could be opened to allow fresh air in. 4/5 * for me

The hotel was adequate for our one night stay. The rooms are very small, but they have a nice common sitting room with kitchenette nearby. The complimentary breakfast was very basic and self-serve. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wifi worked good. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but it met our needs.

What a welcome Calum you guys have a heart for hospitality and we honestly couldn’t have been more blessed. Your house is stunning so much Character looking forward to returning. Thank you!!

The service was first class and the food was of a very high standard (The photos shown are from our breakfast menu). The room was a bit small but adequate for our short break.

I Enjoyed my stay At Park Hotel, And Montrose Music Festival. The staff were delightful, and let me leave bags in Office till Afternoon for me to collect after my day. :)

Last minute booking, the staff were so helpful and arrange food and quiet drinks! Epic breakfast!
