Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Bilbao! Our stay at Holiday Inn Bilbao from March 18-19 was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. The hotel provided seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed with the peaceful and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional customer service team—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, Holiday Inn Bilbao provided us with an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Looking forward to staying here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location, easy to get everywhere of interest just by walking. Staff were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Good sized room and bathroom, but there was a massive pillar right in the middle of the room which was quite awkward. Had the room at the start of the corridor near the lifts so it was a bit noisy at times. No tea or coffee facilities in room, which feels like a bit of a basic. Went out for breakfast rather than use the hotel facilities as there's plenty of options about. Only there for 2 nights so didn't seem worth kicking up a fuss about any stuff. OK for overnight but not a long stay from what I saw.

El hotel es muy bonito,  con una decoración casual   actual, limpieza correcta. Camas cómodas, habitación espaciosas. El personal adecuado y dispuesto para ayudarte en todo.  A veinte minutos andando de la zona antigua de la ciudad y en autobús a 7 minutos, con paradas próximas al hotel. Puedes encontrar aparcamiento público en los alrededores del hotel.

Muy buen hotel en relación calidad-precio. La cama era muy cómoda, ideal para descansar después de un día de viaje. El baño estaba totalmente equipado, limpio y con todos los elementos necesarios. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable.

Trotz der Lage an einer mehrspurigen Strasse bleib der Lärm draussen, Auch der gegenüber liegende Jahrmarkt war nicht zu hören. Das Zimmer war soweit OK, aber als Familienzimmer etwas eng. Das Personal war freundlich, schnell, und sehr aufmerksam. Der Pool war doch etwas klein, aber eben vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Abendesse war auch gut und die Portionen OK. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen waren die 15,00 € Parkgebühr pro Tag. Bei einem 4*-Hotel erwarte ich eigentlich, dass die eigenen Parkplätze mit im Preis inbegriffen. sind.

ก่อนอื่นเกี่ยวกับข้อดี: ห้องใหญ่ ทุกอย่างสะอาด ผ้าเช็ดตัวเยอะ ข้อเสีย: พนักงานเข้ามาตลอดเวลาแม้จะมีป้าย ”ไม่ต้องรบกวน” นั่นคือวิธีที่พนักงานมาหาเราในตอนเช้าเมื่อฉันมีผ้าเช็ดตัวหลังอาบน้ําเท่านั้น เขาไม่สับสนว่าสองชั่วโมงก่อนเช็คเอาต์ ว่ามีป้ายว่า ”อย่ารบกวน” ว่ามีบางอย่างรบกวนเวลาเปิดประตู (โดยเฉพาะใส่กระเป๋า/การก่อการร้ายใต้ประตู) นอกจากนี้ ข้อเสียคือที่จอดรถ - อยู่ที่นั่นอย่างเป็นทางการ แต่สถานที่ที่จะหาแทบจะเป็นไปไม่ได้ จําเป็นต้องรอใครสักคนออกไป

UN PERSONNEL SOURIANT PARLANT TRÈS BIEN FRANÇAIS MAIS LES DEUX POINT TRÈS MAUVAIS  SONT LA CHAMBRE PMR SUR LE PALIER DIRECTEMENT EN ACCÈS ASCENSEUR ET SURTOUT ACCÈS DE TOUS LES AUTRES CLIENTS QUI AVEC OU SANS ENFANTS N'ONT PAS DE RESPECT POUR LES PERSONNES DES CHAMBRES.  LE PERSONNEL DE SOIR QUI EST JUSTE EN DESSOUS (ÉTAGE NON FERME) ENTEND LES ENFANTS, COURIR ET CRIER NE DISENT RIEN ET CE Jusqu'à 23H 30. REPAS QUI EST DIT RESTAURANT EST PLUS UN SNACKING QU'UN RESTAURANT RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX TROP CHER MAIS DÉPANNE D'où le tarif surement. Dommage, car les chambres sont grandes et propre avec un personnel d'accueil et de restauration très souriant.

โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากชายหาดประมาณ 15 นาทีเมื่อเดินไป ฉันพยายามเรียกรถแท็กซี่หลายครั้งแต่ไม่สำเร็จ อย่างไรก็ตาม การเดินชมเมืองระหว่างทางก็มีความน่าสนใจมากเช่นกัน ซานเซบาสเตียนเป็นเมืองที่ชิลล์มากจริงๆ~ พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดีมาก ห้องเล็กแต่มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน มีร้านอาหารและซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่โดยรอบซึ่งสะดวกมาก ข้อเสียเพียงข้อเดียวคืออาหารเช้าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.
