Durante mi estancia, me he encontrado con la limitación de que la televisión solo permite ver los canales básicos de antena, sin acceso a plataformas de streaming como Netflix, YouTube, etc. Ni tampoco la posibilidad de conectar un dispositivo externo, como un Chromecast. La televisión parece estar restringida, con los botones bloqueados, impidiendo cualquier opción adicional de entretenimiento.
Considero que, en la actualidad, ofrecer opciones de contenido en streaming o permitir a los huéspedes conectar sus propios dispositivos es un estándar en la mayoría de los hoteles, especialmente en aquellos que buscan ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. La falta de estas facilidades ha resultado en una estancia menos placentera de lo esperado, afectando a mi valoración general del servicio.

Estuvimos en un apartamento, el apartamento correcto, camas comodas, todo limpio, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. 👍🏻
El spa, un poco dejado, con moho en las paredes en las partes de la sauna. Muchos niños pequeños, de 21 a 22 es only adults, se podria ampliar este horario.
En cuanto al desayuno a nivel de comida esta bien, el punto mas importante a mejorar es la limpieza de los platos, estan todos sucios, antes de poner los platos al friega platos hay que enjuagarlos y/o pasar la manguera con agua caliente, en algunos platos quedaba comida y manchas de jabón. Esto es inaceptable

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated that the bed was already made and that a towel was included in the price, which was a nice touch. On the evening I arrived, it took me around 40 minutes by bus with traffic to reach the hotel from the centre of Andorra, which felt a bit long. The shower space was also quite narrow, and some water leaked over to my bed. Aside from these small details, everything else was impeccable and I had a very positive experience.

Recepcionistas muy atentos y amables. Aparcamiento cerca y gratuito. Desayuno buffet muy completo. El ascensor es MUY pequeño, LENTISIMO y muy antiguo, yo opté por usar las escaleras. Las habitaciones algo antiguas pero el baño (con bañera) es grande y reformado. Tiene secador, champú, acondicionador, loción corporal y gel. Muy completo.

It’s our fifth visit to the hotel and it’s always a pleasure to stay and enjoy it. Either you come for a quick break or stay longer. Spa is fantastic, personnel always attentive, rooms are comfortable

Très bon séjour. Seul bemol : parking souterrain à 22 €/jour mais accessible avec ascenseur (impossible de trouver une place à proximité).
Chambre impeccable, spacieuse, bonne literie, grande salle de bain mais manquait porte-manteau et meuble pour poser les affaires. Moquette du couloir un peu défraîchie pour un 4 étoiles.
Buffet petit-déjeuner extrêmement copieux, personnel aux petits soins.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated that the bed was already made and that a towel was included in the price, which was a nice touch. ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อEl Hotel está muy bien ubicado, a escasos minutos del centro de Andorra la Vella. Tiene parking gratuito al aire libre o por 12€ ( está bien de precio), tiene parking cubierto también, no es muy grande pero para aparcar no necesitas más. El desayuno es tipo buffet y lo van rellenando a cada rato, lo cual está genial pq he ido a otros que solo lo rellenaban una vez y los últimos en llegar a penas tenían que desayunar. Si vas en invierno, como nosotros, no te preocupes del frio en la habitación, hace incluso calor jajaja, está perfecto. Lo mejor sin duda el personal, tanto el de la mañana como el de la tarde/noche. El chico que nos hizo el checkin por la tarde era encantador.
