Cleanliness: up to my expectations. Nice and neat design. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Great place right off the main street of Ayvalik. There was some confusion with the booking, I thought I have booked the pink room and the owner gave us an upgrade to the other room which he had available which was nicer and bigger. Delicious breakfast and super nice owner. Doesn’t speak English but goes way and beyond to help you out - and as everyone uses google translate, so you won’t have problem understanding each other.

Hatta Anneme soyledim; farkettinmi yatak yorgan ve yastiklar Cok rahat ve iyi uyudum diye. O’da Evet bende farkettim dedi. Ayrica bol cesitli kahvaltilari harika omletleri cay ve kahveleri de Cok iyiydi. Fiatlari makul. Yusufa, babasi Adnan beye, ve Annelerine de Cok Cok tesekkur ediyorum. Otelin lokasyonu çok iyi bir yerde. Akşam yemeği için yürüme mesafesinde olan cok güzel yerler var. Plajlar icin taksi kullandik, en fazla 20-25 dk arac mesafesinde. Zaten ada taksisi de cok aktif kullaniliyor buralar icin. Kahvaltı da aldık biz, omlet dahi her gün değişerek geliyor. Sürekli aynı şeyi vermiyorlar. Bizimle kahvaltıda ilgilenen, sorduğumuz her soruyu bıkmadan cevaplayan Esra Hanım'a da ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. Yine olsa yine tercih ederdim : )

Merci bon hotel Accueillant chalereux L'hôtel est vraiment sympa. Je suis venu ici deux fois pour affaires et je préfère cet endroit. J'ai aimé le design des chambres, la propreté, le mobilier, l'ameublement et la climatisation, tout est en très bon état et tout était en bon état. propre, y compris le nouveau couloir et le hall d'entrée..

방에 TV, 생수, 커피와 차 등이 없었으나, 가성비 최고. 좋은위치. 너무 예쁘고 깨끗한 건물과 방, 훌륭한 조식, 이런것들이 37000원이라니.. 최고였음.
