This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. L'hôtel est vraiment pas loin du Haram la porte d'entrée 307 c'est top 3 à 5 minutes à pied j'étais était avec mon papa la chambre petite et la douche très petite le personne pas accès accueillant si on ne veut pas payer cher c'est top Les commentaires que j'avais vue avant de réserver m'avait fait peur mais je suis aller tout sais bien passer je recommande

I’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay

I recently stayed at Madinah Hilton as a solo traveler, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is exceptional—just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it very convenient for prayers at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable staying alone, and the excellent service made my visit even more memorable. I would definitely choose Madinah Hilton again on my next visit to Madinah and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the Prophet’s Mosque. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even though the hotel is located close to Masjid Nabawi and had one of the best breakfast, the bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever experienced and that alone will not make me stay here again. It was beyond disappointing and even the overall service was not up to par. So many other guest’s had issues, from the room card not working to be given a a room with someone already there! They need to do better!
