⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at Astrotel Cubao! The location is very convenient—just a short walk to bus terminals, malls, and food spots. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the affordable rates considering the quality of service. Perfect for both quick stays and longer visits. Definitely worth recommending, and I’ll surely book here again!

I booked the Loft Room and it was great especially the bath tub and the service was great, everyone was friendly. Our experience was great overall but there were some little things we noticed that could have made the experience excellent. 1. The ref was so small, since we had left overs we could not even place a regular plate inside, we had to transfer them to another plate and removed the dividers to make it fit in. 2. The windows in the loft room was one of the reasons we booked it aside from the bath tub but it was dirty or scratched up outside so we did not get a nice picture like we planned. 3. The slippers should be changed to ones were it has a bit of grip because we almost slipped a few times going down the stairs. 4. The TV was a big let down it only had regular cable channels unlike the Cabana room were it had a smart TV. It also had weird lights in the screen so we didn't really use it. 5. The 1st hot spring (the one you see first going up) felt kind of dirty when we tried it, didn't see it but it felt like we were stepping on most so we mostly used the 2nd one.

The service is good. All the staff are kind, accommodating, and considerate. But the location is quite hard to find. Yet we got a nice, clean, and peaceful stay.

The staff were genuinely kind and thoughtful. they even surprised my husband with a free birthday cake and drinks! 🎉 Such a sweet touch that made our stay extra special. The room was clean and cozy, the pool was relaxing, and everyone was so accommodating. Overall the rooms is fine, although very basic and noisy if facing the busy avenue a few meters away from the windows. The bathroom turns into a permanent pool after the first shower, no curtain or divider between the shower and the bathroom, the water hardly drains as the floor is sloping towards the walls and door rather than toward the drain. Lighting in the bathroom is very poor, one can't see him/herself in the mirror, it makes shaving or putting makeup on, a real challenge. And there are no other mirrors in the room. Streaming services are available but not free, you need an account, as it is pay per view. No cable TV No shelves or closet, only 2 hangers on hooks on the wall.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sogo Sta. Rosa Laguna. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location is convenient and easy to find, making travel around the area smooth and hassle-free. The service exceeded expectations—staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Amenities were all functioning well and added to the comfort of our visit. Perfect for couples looking for a relaxing and private getaway. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming. Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant. The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay — definitely worth coming back to! 👨👩👧👦✨
