Het is een prima kamer! Het had eigenlijk alle faciliteiten die je nodig had, was alleen wel erg klein. De service van het hotel is geweldig. Zo ontvingen we gratis drankjes in onze minibar met een flesje wijn, biertje, wat frisjes en water. Het ontbijt is wat prijzig, maar wel lekker! Locatie is ook zeker niet mis. Ongeveer 10 minuten met de bus naar de stad, en zeer dichtbij het Stadspark. Als ik weer naar Groningen moet, ga ik naar Mercure.

I especially loved the little touches—like complimentary snacks, quality toiletries, and a cozy reading nook—that made the space feel personal and inviting. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Situated close to key attractions, public transport, and charming cafes, it made exploring the city effortless. Despite being centrally located, my room was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of adventure.

When I was about to check out, the receptionist told me that I hadn’t paid the city tax, even though I had already paid it in coins when I checked in. I was surprised at first, but it turned out that the receptionist who checked me in had forgotten to record the payment in their system. Fortunately, everything was sorted out. All good! The staff were very kind and gave me a lower bed because I can’t climb to the upper bed.

Good in general! We change the room and the new one is pretty good

Great location to explore the city, conveniently located near big supermarket (Jumbo). Easy connectivity, bus line in front of hotel. Quick 15 min walk to the central station. Staff was helpful with storage of luggage etc.

房間很乾凈，早飯比較簡單，酒店周邊都是草地樹林，非常接近大自然，有很大的停車場，公共交通不方便。旁邊有麥當勞

Mooi nieuw hotel op goede locatie. Ontbijt ook prima. Service goed, met een 24 uurs receptie. Heb geen gebruik kunnen maken van gym en voorzieningen zoals wellness. Sauna is wel tegen betaling.
