The lift is old and I did not felt safe there. Also, there are only 2 lifts, so, going down from the 5th floor was always by walking, because lifts were busy often. Room was great, clean, I found there everything what I needed. Location is great! Breakfast was really good!

Just what you'd expect on a motorway. Quick simple sign in. The room is quite spacious. You can eat at the restaurant below. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable. Just right for one night.

Came over on the ferry from Kiel and the hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently just a short walk from the Ferry Terminal , friendly staff who spoke English and a lovely clean room with a great view of the port area , breakfast was ok not amazing but it was free and did the job , the hotel looks like it’s had a renovation as it’s so clean and new , would definitely recommend if your visiting klaipeda 🇱🇹

The location is super good, it is near the bus station, 15 mins walk to the center, so it is quite nice to stay, near the bakery for breakfast, and nice restaurants for dinner. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is also option for breakfast and nice bar inside the hotel. The room is clean and enough facilities. I really enjoy staying here.

Nice place to stay, it has its charms, located in the forest, the lake is in front of. Bed linen is comfy. The bathroom on the ground floor is uncomfortable.

The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.
