I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Kuwait. The service was excellent—staff were welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The food was also a highlight. The buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with fresh selections and attentive staff. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Would definitely consider returning.

It's a one of the best 5 star hotels in Kuwait. I experienced very well in this hotel.

I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service from Nayab Shaik. Despite my late check-in at 4 AM, Nayab was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable after a long journey, providing me with a great room and making the process seamless. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests' comfort, and Nayab’s hospitality stands out. Perfect for a short stay in Kuwait. location is very near to the airport. They provide free airport transfer too. However, they forgot about my arrival and i had to purchase an expensive sim card to contact them, which cost me 6KD! Ridiculous price for sim card. Hotel is perfect anyway!

The staff were kind and friendly. The location is great for short visit and only 15 minutes from the Kuwait international airport. Airport pickup and drop off service is available.
