酒店位置在park st.藍線捷運站，步行750m左右，轉黃線捷運站，可至機場。酒店在圖一舊大樓的3F，問了路人+警衞，才抵達。房間不大，獨旅一人剛好，兩人可能擠了一些？酒店提供了瓶裝水等一般常用配備，很是方便和實用。酒店出門左拐，有25號電車！？但時間不定？ 沿途往上行走，有與5號電車共用交會路口，在那裡等了很久都沒有車，最後下午約16:00回程,才遇到上行5號電車，車票 Rs.7 （全程價+隨時上下車？）。park st.蠻多特色餐廳。購物推薦 Biswa Bangla Store বিশ্ব বাংলা স্টোর是手工藝品店（機場也有分店），價格親民及製作精美+手工製作，很值得選購。

Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat ตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สะดวก ห้องพักสะอาด กระทัดรัด และบริการเป็นกันเอง แต่การเชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi ในห้องค่อนข้างแย่และไม่สอดคล้องกัน ซึ่งอาจทําให้ผิดหวังโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งสําหรับนักเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ แม้ว่าโรงแรมจะเหมาะสําหรับการพักระยะสั้น แต่อินเทอร์เน็ตที่ไม่น่าเชื่อถือเป็นข้อเสียที่สําคัญสําหรับผู้ที่ต้องการการเชื่อมต่อที่มั่นคง

The hotel provided a good base to explore Kolkata. Away from the chaotic old city, and close enough to take Uber to get around. Loved the breakfast, especially being able to have idli, cafe and uppuma for breakfast and non spicy Sambar to go with it. It also has enough water supply such that I didn’t need to buy water at all. We walked to the axis mall nearby for grocery shopping and fast food. Since the attractions are scattered across the city anyway, we took uber to town for approximately 330 Rupees per trip. Self laundry was free too. I would definitely come back, especially once the metro nearby has completed. The only negative is the loud music coming from Novotel next door when there are weddings and parties. Perfect otherwise.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work. The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.
