The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Great location and the location has beautiful view. Such a good place to get a rest after a long day. Recommended place, but please change the bedsheets regularly, thank you.

So far so good! The service is okay and the room is prety well for customer. But the breakfast menu not various. Just make some various menus such as cereal and some fruit juices at minimum.

The hot water for bathing is very unstable, the hot and cold cannot be balanced, I am very annoyed with the hot water, there is more hot water than cold, so the water cannot be balanced

We booked two rooms. When one of the rooms, the AC was not cold, called the receptionist, and was responded to well. An hour later, the room was cold again. Breakfast is quite varied.

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

so far worth it banget dari harga dan ruangan / fasilitas yg didapetin, pelayanan juga oke ko helpfull dan ramah. kurangnya 1 dikasur byk garis hitam terkesan kotor dan dilantai jg hehe

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available. They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

The room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted.
