Great location. Really nice hotel, central to everywhere. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Car park very close by and get a discounted price to park. Add you car registration when you check in the hotel and you will get the discounted price when you leave the car park. We parked the car and left it for 2 days as everything was in walking distance.

I requested a quiet room , which when I arrived was happy to see I was on the 5th floor . After the event I attended I came back to my room and was very upset to be met by very loud music blaring into the room from outside , this continued all night and stopped at 5am . I managed 1hours sleep , I was mortified . This ruined my experience.

I booked as I wanted a hotel near leeds first direct arena fantastic location for this purpose was a 5min walk away and I'm a slow walker due to a bad knee. I booked a twin room the beds were bigger than a standard single bed very comfy and dont get me started on the pillows they were just perfect! The staff on each shift were lovely and welcoming, I got a great surprise as didnt realise the room included a complementary breakfast, it was buffet style so wasn't really expecting much from it I couldn't have been more wrong it was lovely and plenty of variety even down to a machine to make your own waffles! I will definitely book there again on my next visit to leeds

Would absolutely recommend! Had a working window, although it was a bit noisy when open but great to get some air in The shower had great pressure, the bed was comfy, the light wasn’t too harsh, my room had yellowish bulbs instead of white and you could have a reading light if needed. Great fo travel for business!

Park plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again.

From the moment I arrived until the second I left I felt truly taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly the room was spotless The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Hilton for the amazing stay!
