This hotel was a fall back for me I’m glad I chose to go here after a disappointing hotel I arrived to originally and I should have booked here first. Hotel is located centrally and close to local bars and shopping areas. The members of staff I met were all lovely and very helpful! The room was spotless. The only issues I had was there was no shampoo just shower gel and the heating in the room didn’t get to full temp but at this time of year the heating was not a huge deal! I stayed in room 201 so it was situated close to the lift but was far enough away to not be disturbed by the sound of it. Will be staying here again

Half hour from Cardiff. Easy car access with friendly staff and a good breakfast and air conditioning in a comfortable room. There’s food available at the hotel, but a super pub in Marshfield the Masons Arms which is 5 mins from the coastal walk.

Wow what can I say last minute booking so not expecting much But as soon as you walk in the staff make you feel so very welcome even had free refreshments in reception The lift security and your card very important on your own Room was fabulous clean and wonderful view and lovly tribute to Newport transporter bridge TV didn’t work but was moved with no fuss to another room Able to sit on terrace in sun Then evening meal was served by friendly staff even boxed up rest of meal as do much Bed very comfortable Shower was a bonus not to claim into a bath to be accessible Breakfast very good and agsin helpful staff with a smile Definitely recommend a stay here well done to all the staff

Staff were outstanding this time very helpful and kind. Had a conference call out in the garden and it was very peaceful with lovely surroundings.!

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

Das Hotel ist neu, sehr sauber und verfügt über äußerst freundliches Personal. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, was für meinen Aufenthalt anlässlich des Cardiff Halbmarathons ideal war. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso das Abendessen. Mein Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder.

หลังจากชมบอลลูนลมร้อนจากบริสตอลแล้ว ฉันก็พบรีสอร์ทแห่งนี้ระหว่างทางไปคาร์ดิฟฟ์ ห้องพักและอาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยมมาก! ราคาโรงแรมก็อยู่ได้ระดับห้าดาวแบบนี้คุ้มจริงๆ! ความไม่พอใจเพียงอย่างเดียวคือต้องจอดรถข้ามคืนคืนละ 15 ปอนด์

ห้องพักและห้องน้ํามีขนาดปานกลางและสะอาด มีหน้าต่างเปิด เตียงนอนสบาย และ wifi ดี มีไดร์เป่าผม มีไม้แขวนเสื้อเพียง 1 อัน ไม่มีแชมพู สบู่อาบน้ํา และทีวี 5 ห้องรวม 1 ห้องครัว มีเตา ไมโครเวฟ ตู้เย็น โต๊ะทานข้าว หม้อใหญ่ ฯลฯ มี Lidl supermarket อยู่ใกล้ๆ สะดวกในการอยู่อาศัย ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองเดิน 10 นาที ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ Newport ไปหน่อย ใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 20 นาทีถึงโรงแรม

Fabulous location for the university and city centre, good shower, and everything that could be cleaned was spotless. Windows were an exception, but you can't blame the staff for that. Mattresses were well-used and some of the bedding was slightly tired, plus my apartment had a lingering doggy smell. That said, it was a good price and the range of organisations in the building is fascinating. I'd recommend taking the stairs. It's a 10-storey education.
