The view from the windows is absolutely beautiful, overlooking the sea and the dramatic cliffs. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning scenery — truly breathtaking.

This is an old building near the waterfront. The sounds of seagulls can be heard outside; great atmosphere!   The building itself has kind of claustrophobic feel to it. It has small rooms, low ceilings, narrow, winding stairways, and sloping floors. If open and airy is your preference, this is the wrong place.  But the staff are very capable and friendly. It’s a short walk from both the ferry port and the train station. Hope to visit again.

Aside from a couple of issues Kelly, Caitlin and Marta meant this trip surpassed our expectations. From booking to departure nothing was too much trouble. With two young babies this makes all the difference. Spacious room, two cots, kids eat free, convenient parking. Location suited us with trips planned to Leeds castle and Port Lympne. Staff friendliness was great from all but especially Caitlin who was always on hand at dining times and helped with our girls. On site playground old but handy. Only minor issues were the early maintenance work / noise on our first morning, room servicing on first day and some confusion about late check out. All in all, highly recommend!

Great hotel .large well equipped rooms . A bath in shower. Had 2 fans.ironn hairdryer and a fridge. 2 double beds in room. Plenty of tea and coffees. Large open reception area and reasonably priced restaurant. Great pool . jacuzzi.steam room and sauna with free towels.hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were friendly

Quick Overnight stop on way to London as we took the ferry. Was perfect location wise & had a Tesla supercharger as well so we saved time.

ขอแนะนำโรงแรมในแคนเทอร์เบอรีแห่งนี้ โรงแรมต้องมีประวัติยาวนานกว่าร้อยปี เป็นธุรกิจครอบครัว ภายนอกบ้านดูโบราณ แต่ภายในได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ ล็อบบี้ค่อนข้างทันสมัย เราจองห้องเตียงคู่ ซึ่งใหญ่มาก เตียงนอนสบายมาก ห้องน้ำก็ใหญ่เช่นกัน สิ่งสำคัญคือที่จอดรถของโรงแรมฟรี หากคุณกำลังขับรถไป Canterbury ฉันขอแนะนำให้มาพักที่นี่เป็นอย่างยิ่ง จอดรถแล้วเดินไปยังพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของแคนเทอร์เบอรีซึ่งใช้เวลาประมาณ 20 นาที เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเครือโรงแรมระดับนานาชาติ เราชอบโรงแรมในท้องถิ่นเหล่านี้มากกว่า เนื่องจากมีผู้คนพลุกพล่านน้อยกว่า เงียบสงบกว่า สะดวกสบายกว่า และคุ้มค่ากว่า

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Checking in at reception was quick & easy. The room was spacious with a large king-size bed which was comfy and the room was toasty. Good value, would recommend and stay again.
