Location Location Location. Situated between the Harbour Arm and the Old High Street, it is the perfect base. The staff are brilliant considering they are dealing with all sorts of clientele. The rooms are clean , bed is comfortable. We can recommend the BBQ pizza. Lots to see and do. You know the adage you get what you pay for. Here you get that and more.

Had a good stay at this property. Building looked historic but inside the rooms, the renovation and equipment were modern and clean. I stayed at room 15, which was one of the smaller rooms and found it to be a bit of a squeeze. Having stayed at so many properties that required £10 to £15 parking fee a night, I really appreciated that there is free street parking right in front of the property until 8am, or off-site parking (which isn’t too far away) till 11:30am.

Staff excellent. room excellent. not exactly where i needed to be next day but acceptable. Beer selection poor. Hobgoblin Session IPA is not an ale. With Shepheard Neame on your doorstep Spitfire, Bishops finger. Offering a citrusy/zesty as the only alternative to a a multitude of lagers is poor. hobgoblin Ruby if tied to that brewery for this outlet would of been fine or some bottled alternative. Who ever specified to controls for the shower being opposite the shower head and not under it was a bl@£dy genius. No scalding of freewing whilst trying to set the temperature. Thanks for a very acceptable stay.

Great hotel .large well equipped rooms . A bath in shower. Had 2 fans.ironn hairdryer and a fridge. 2 double beds in room. Plenty of tea and coffees. Large open reception area and reasonably priced restaurant. Great pool . jacuzzi.steam room and sauna with free towels.hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were friendly

ที่จอดรถฟรีเป็นสิ่งที่ดี แค่จอดรถที่ลานด้านหน้า ห้องหายาก ลากกล่องเป็นลิฟต์ บันได และเลี้ยวหลายประตู ห้องสําหรับครอบครัวที่จอง ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเชย เดินไปเมืองแคนเบอร์รีประมาณ 15-20 นาที

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Checking in at reception was quick & easy. The room was spacious with a large king-size bed which was comfy and the room was toasty. Good value, would recommend and stay again.
