Alles bestens, wenn über Portale wie TRIP gebucht auch Super rate. Sehr gutes Fühstück. Sauberes Zimmer. Parken vor dem Haus ohne Problem.
Leider keine Sauna, nur Fitness raum. Lärm von der Autobahn nicht zu hören, wenn Fenster geschlossen.

Hei.
Hotell er super koselig og hyggelige personalet, vi er ofte her så denne gangen så var rom 220 mye støv på nattbord og gulvet og på badet var det også mye støv og skitent gulv.
Heisen også lukta urin noe som er ekkelt når jeg har med 2 barn med.
Rommet er fin og romslig og mye plass.:)

Leider war das Schwimmbad zu kalt und Parkplatz mit 15 Euro teuer. Konnten jedoch in der Nähe Parken da es viele Parkbuchten gab. Frühstück hervorragend, besonders hat mich gefreut das es sogar Filterkaffee gab. Betten gut und es war ruhig, so konnten wir gut schlafen.

Toilet has a door but not the shower. So, basically no door between room and shower. Not suitable for everyone. Only the Premium rooms have this Service. Was not aware of this beforehand.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist top: Man kann es bereits vom Bahnsteig aus sehen. Daraus ergibt sich, dass man vom Zimmer aus ggf. auch die Bahnsteige sieht und man bei offenem Fenster auch alleine, Durchsagen, ... hört. Die Fenster sind jedoch so gut isoliert, dass man bei geschlossenem Fenster keine Geräusche vom Bahnhof her hört. Die Schallisolierung zum Flur / den Nachbarzimmern ist hingegen weniger gut und da es im Bad keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit gibt, herrscht dort ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch. Wenn man H-Rewards-Mitglied ist, bekommt man für die Dauer des Aufenthalts ein ÖPNV-Ticket. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und beinhaltet auch warme Komponenten wie Rührei, Würstchen, Beked Beans etc. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

An old fashioned hotel with traditional decoration. The bed is comfortable and the shower is powerful enough in a cozy room. There is even a real fireplace in the hotel hall. However, sometimes the facilities are too old to ensure their functions. For instance, the heater is not hot enough and the bed sheet is a bit yellow. Conclusively this hotel is satisfying and I would like to recommend it to my friends for the next time.

มีที่จอดรถให้ฟรี โรงแรมอยู่แถบชานเมืองจริงๆ นอกโรงแรมไม่มีอะไรเลย เหมาะแก่การขับรถไปเอง ขับมาใจกลางเมืองเกินสิบนาที มีร้านอาหารข้างโรงแรม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมี เชยกว่าแต่อยู่ได้สบายมาก!

GGaileyBeeThe location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.

ผผู้เข้าพักWir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Regio Hotel Schanzenhaus in Wernigerode. Die Lage war sehr schön. Es war sehr ruhig dort , in einer Sackgasse direkt an der Schanze.
Dadurch haben wir sehr gut geschlafen!
Von dort konnte man gleich super Spazieren gehen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem, sogar einen Wasserkocher mit Gläsern und Teebeutel waren im Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Es gab nicht nur Continental, sondern unter anderem auch Antipasta, Rührei ,kleine Frikadellen usw. mehr als wir Erwartet hatten.
Die Mitarbeiter ob an der Rezeption oder im Frühstücksbereich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren dort 3 Tage über Heiligabend, werden im Frühjahr bestimmt nochmal einen Kurzurlaub dort machen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

SSimon001001The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

OOleksandr GryshchenkoОтличный отель с очень удобным расположением рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом и в пешей доступности от достопримечательностей. Просторный номер с функциональной мебелью очень понравился Обслуживание в отеле и еле было на хорошем уровне.

MMatthiasEs war ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage in der Nähe vom Bus- / Zugbahnhof und von hier aus gab es eine super Anbindung in alle Richtungen, die man dank der Hatix Gästekarte komplett kostenlos nutzen konnte. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und auf Wunsch wurde dieses auch täglich gereinigt:). Man konnte Morgens schon ab 7 Uhr zum Frühstück gehen, wo man ein gutes Angebot zum Frühstücken bekommen hat. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub ubd bedanken uns auch beim Regiohotel Team :)

DDana Sara BrachholzGute Lage wenn man zum Brocken wandern geht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Ich habe mir den Kopf angeschlagen an der Leiste die über dem Bettkissen, die ist auf ungünstiger Höhe. Es fehlt Personal. Leider sind die Rezeptionsleute immer woanders, das ist schade. Ich habe schon in Hotels gearbeitet und kenne wie geizig die Besitzer/Manager sind. Also, bitte mehr Leute anstellen. Wenn das Hotel dad ganze Jahr Gäste hat, wäre das kein Problem.

OOlgaIt was warm, cosy room. They put a bed story next to your bed. That was cute. The story relates to the name of the hotel. Wonderful!!!
It is next to the central city Christmas market!!! You can feel the Christmas in the air!!! It is 15 minutes from station, easy to find. Delicious breakfast. Everyone was so friendly!
