Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

เข้าพักโรงแรมช่วงวันหยุดแรงงาน ขอรีวิวตามราคาที่จ่ายไปนะคะ: คุ้มมาก!!! มีเตียงคู่พร้อมห้องนั่งเล่น พื้นที่กว้างขวางมาก เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มาเที่ยว ข้างล่างก็คือเวนิสวอเตอร์ทาวน์เลย ชั้นใต้ดิน B3 มีที่จอดรถฟรีของโรงแรม ห้องพักของโรงแรมจะอยู่ชั้นสูงๆ ทั้งหมด วิวดีมากกกกกก ถึงแม้จะไม่มีสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ปกติเวลาเราเที่ยวกลับมาก็เหนื่อยอยู่แล้ว ก็เลยไม่ได้ต้องการอะไรมาก อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าก็ใหม่หมด ทีวี Samsung สามารถแคสต์หน้าจอได้ เคยพักโรงแรม 5 ดาวอื่นๆ ใน Donggang มาแล้ว แต่รู้สึกว่าที่นี่เหมาะกับครอบครัวจริงๆ ค่ะ ขอชมเชยโดยไม่อวยเลย!

ห้องพักสะอาดถูกสุขอนามัย มีที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย มีลิฟต์ให้บริการ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อยู่ในเขตทัศนียภาพฝางเฉิง ใกล้กับพระราชวังต้องห้าม คฤหาสน์จอมพลหยาง และโบสถ์คาทอลิก (เดินเพียงไม่กี่นาที) มีร้านอาหารมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง

พักที่เลอเมอริเดียนแล้วรู้สึกดีมาก ห้องพักออกแบบได้สวยงาม พนักงานต้อนรับก็พูดจาดี เสี่ยวหัวก็บริการดีมาก แถมยังยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสอีกด้วย กลิ่นอโรมาเธอราพีในโรงแรมก็หอมฟุ้ง ใกล้สถานีรถไฟเสิ่นหยางและมหาวิทยาลัยแพทย์มาก

โรงแรมสไตล์ตะวันตกที่ดีมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวางพร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน และมีพื้นที่ด้านนอกให้เดินเล่นหรือพักผ่อน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากใจกลางเมือง ดังนั้นหากคุณต้องการเพลิดเพลินกับเมืองมากขึ้น คุณจะต้องนั่งแท็กซี่หรือรถตุ๊กตุ๊กไปประมาณ 40 นาที ร้านอาหารก็โอเค แต่บางทีอาจเป็นเพราะเป็นช่วงนอกฤดูกาล อาหารบางจานจึงไม่มีให้บริการ ทำให้มีตัวเลือกอาหารตะวันตกให้เลือกน้อยลง

การออกแบบและทิวทัศน์สวยงามไร้ที่ติ จุดชมวิวถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยมาก การตกแต่งภายในก็ดูหรูหราแบบวัง สวยงามอลังการ พนักงานตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว แต่ก็ยังมีข้อเสนอแนะบางประการ: 1. ควรเพิ่มจำนวนอาหารเช้าสำหรับห้องแฟมิลี่ เพราะส่วนใหญ่ห้องแฟมิลี่จะมีผู้เข้าพักมากกว่าสองคน แม้ว่าพนักงานต้อนรับจะให้ส่วนลดแล้ว แต่อาหารเช้าราคา 140 ต่อวันก็ยังไม่คุ้มค่ามากนัก เพราะได้แค่บะหมี่ชามเดียว แต่เพื่อจะได้อยู่กับผู้สูงอายุ ก็เลยต้องไปกินอาหารเช้าด้วยกัน 2. ควรมีการจัดการสนามเด็กเล่นที่เป็นมิตรกับผู้ใช้ เราซื้อแพ็คเกจที่รวมค่าเข้าสนามเด็กเล่นแล้ว แต่ระหว่างที่กำลังเล่นอยู่ มีแขกคนอื่นไม่ทราบว่าสนามเด็กเล่นต้องเสียเงิน เด็กๆ เข้าไปแล้วก็ไม่อยากออกมาแล้ว แถมยังเป็นช่วงใกล้จะปิดแล้วด้วย ผู้ปกครองเลยต้องซื้อตั๋วอย่างไม่เต็มใจ ผมคิดว่าในช่วงฤดูร้อนที่มีนักท่องเที่ยวที่เป็นครอบครัวจำนวนมาก และค่าห้องพักก็ค่อนข้างสูง ควรให้สนามเด็กเล่นสามารถเข้าใช้ได้ฟรีตลอดช่วงที่เข้าพัก แล้วค่อยเพิ่มรายได้ด้วยการตั้งค่าให้มีกิจกรรมเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่ต้องเสียเงินภายในสนามเด็กเล่นแทน 3. อาหารเช้ายังคงต้องปรับปรุงต่อไป ควรเพิ่มอาหารที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของต้าเหลียนให้มากขึ้น จะได้น่าจดจำยิ่งขึ้น โดยรวมแล้ว หวังว่าโรงแรมของท่านจะดียิ่งขึ้นไปอีก และหวังว่าจะพึงพอใจมากขึ้นในการเข้าพักครั้งหน้า
