"We arrived around midnight and the check in was very quick. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Just what we needed."

"The hotel Is slightly outside the city center, however, it is easy to reach with a tram which stops just a few dozen meters from it and runs very frequently. The interior of the hotel is clean, modern and functional, although from a 4-star hotel we would expect some more amenities in the bathroom, such as a shower cap or some cotton disks. In our room everything worked well. The only thing is that for two people we only had one small bottle of water in the fridge, which we shared, and one big towel, which was signalled to the reception and another one was promptly brought to the room. The weirdest (almost unacceptable) thing happened when, upon check-in, we asked the reception if it was possible to eat something at the hotel at that time (about 5pm), the answer was, ”you need to contact the hotel's restaurant yourself”. Surprised but not discouraged, we called the restaurant from our room, just to learn they were not open until 18:30, which was kind of late for us to start a meal as we have tickets for a show at 20:00 at Le Forum. It ended all ok, we found a nice place to eat downtown, but I think that, at a 4-star property, this is an immediate job of a concierge or a reception agent to help guests find their dining options instead of sending them to contact the restaurant directly. Other than that, everything went smoothly, the breakfast was pretty good, the only recommendation is to think of installing another coffee machine, as with the only one available, there were always a few people waiting for their coffee."

"J'ai aimé le thème de l'hôtel basé sur la bande dessinée, le hasard a fait que je tombe sur une chambre Gaston Lagaffe, top, il y avait même des bandes dessinées à lire et qu'on pouvait acheter à la réception, la réceptionniste et la barman travaillant en fin d'après-midi et le soir du 21 juillet étaient très sympathiques et professionnelles....j'ai apprécié ce court séjour"

"Zeer goede ontvangst met een duidelijke uitleg. Overal vriendelijk personeel aanwezig. De kamer was zeer netjes en ruim, grote doucheruimte en apart toilet. We hebben een avondmaal in het restaurant genuttigd, zeker een aanrader. Zeer lekker, verzorgd en ruime schotels. Het ontbijt buffet was uitgebreid en zowel zoet als hartig, yoghurt, verse platte kaas, verschillende kaassoorten, gesneden en ongesneden vers fruit, spek en eieren, enz…. Teveel om op te noemen. Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar."

"Das Hotel war von außen nicht eindeutig zu sehen, aber waren positiv überrascht vom Inneren Sehr ruhig, sauber und alles vollautomatisch ,Türen, Tore usw. Check-in war von 15-20 und es ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Angestellte war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sehr groß und unglaublich ruhig. Mit einer integrierten Küche und Tisch und vielem Ablagen war es mehr, als wir erwartet haben. Badezimmer sehr angenehm und sauber. Bett war sehr angenehm, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Für große Leute eher zu klein. Parkplatz war direkt auf der Hauptstraße kostenlos und Zentrum nahe. Auf jeden Fall Sehr empfehlenswert."
