It was on amazing location one minutes walk to new year fireworks. Pizza, cafe, Bars, Woolies,Aldi, just down the building and district of Dockland shopping center in 3minites walk, 2 minutes walk to public parking. Appartments has its own car park that you have to pay extra. 24/7 help desk. Fully secured place. We enjoyed our stay.
Beds in rooms were ok, sofa bed was not comfortable, you literally feel the springs poking your back. We were 5 people so we needed that extra bed which was disappointment.
The location is about 1hour bus ride from the city but it is well connected with public transport. The Westfield mall is great.
Room was very clean but no business table for you to work but there’s ample space to work downstairs. It doesn’t have a direct USB charger.
Staff were overall friendly and professional.
The breakfast was quite good! Their coffee and beers were good.
Gym was sufficiently equip with the equipments.
It has laundry services at an extra charge.
Hotel is located near airport. There is a shuttle bus that would bring you to and from airport. It is very convenient. The staff are friendly. They were very prompt to reply my emails about airport pick up
ผผู้เข้าพักThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

One moment that stood out was during breakfast. My husband asked a staff member at the pastry section whether the items were halal. She explained it to him politely, and to our surprise, about 15 minutes later, the Assistant Director of the restaurant, Mr. Albert, personally came to our table. He took the time to explain the halal options available and even assured us that eggs could be prepared using separate utensils.
While I was getting bread, Mr. Albert noticed and came over again, kindly asking if I would like my eggs prepared then. He immediately instructed the chef to prepare eggs and nuggets for me and told me to sit comfortably while he arranged everything to be brought over.
His thoughtfulness and proactive service left a lasting impression. It’s rare to see such initiative and care, and it made me feel confident that I had chosen the right hotel.
I will definitely recommend Grand Hyatt Melbourne to my family and friends. The hotel is fortunate to have a staff member like Mr. Albert—he truly deserves recognition for his outstanding hospitality.
ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel has really let it self down. Last time I stayed. It was wonderful but this time I felt like the reception staff. All the staff was so rude not even friendly. He didn’t smile. What would helpful. I felt like I was in the way the apartments are rundown bit dirty. This overall didn’t like it at all probably won’t go back.

The one bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of room with an equally huge balcony.
The place was clean, apart from one of the towels that had some type of hard black stain that stick do towels to it’s self. Not ideal, but this would be an issue with the laundry company that Quest use.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.
