Deluxe room was clean but very small. Twin beds were inches apart from each other with no room to move further apart. Meals were only adequate, the main courses we had both chosen from the evening menu weren’t available, sold out by 7pm, so we had to select alternatives, which were less than inspiring. Altogether a rather disappointing experience

โรงแรมแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมือง Helmsley เป็นโรงแรมวิลล่าสไตล์อังกฤษดั้งเดิม สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมเรียบง่ายและเป็นกันเอง สวนเล็กๆ ของโรงแรมสวยมาก เหมาะแก่การนั่งจิบชายามบ่ายในสวน เป็นเพียงว่าโรงแรมไม่มีลิฟท์ การย้ายกระเป๋าเดินทางเข้าห้องพักยากกว่า และทางโรงแรมไม่มีพนักงานพิเศษให้บริการดังกล่าว

What a little gem of a place. First time visit, travelling on my own for business. Perfect location for me. Beautiful room, very clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows. Big TV, easy to navigate remote! Bathroom was spotless, nice complimentary toiletries. Comfy bed, had a good sleep once I managed to get off, could hear other guests on the corridor, but I guess I was earlier settling in than the average on a Sunday evening (early to work Monday!) Breakfast was really good quality, fair selection of hot and cold options, lots of fresh fruit on offer too. Very impressed, bit disappointed I arrived later on the Sunday evening and decided not to have an evening meal now!

Welcomed. Food excellent. Service excellent. Very well located just off A1M. Ideal for flower show at Newbury Hall.

Great hotel in a good location

Ideal location for our overnight stay in York. Room was clean and the bed and linen was all very comfortable. We were able to park overnight nearby at a cost of £18. Shower sealant not in great condition and the toilet seat was not good and needed replacement. We would use the location again as it was good value for money and generally above expectations.

ห้องตกแต่งอย่างสวยงาม เงียบสงบอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ จนแฟนครัวไปต่อในตอนเช้า แต่ไม่มีปัญหา ห้องน้ําสะอาดเป็นพิเศษพร้อมทุกสิ่งที่จําเป็นสําหรับการอาบน้ํายาวหากจําเป็น สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกภายในห้องนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก เตียงนอนสบายอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อพร้อมพื้นที่ตู้เสื้อผ้ามากมายหากจําเป็น สิ่งเดียวที่น่าผิดหวังคือการซ่อมแซมหน้าต่างทิ้งสีที่ต้องใช้การวาดใหม่ ผับเก่ามากและยอดเยี่ยม
