ก็เพราะความคิดถึงนั่นแหละครับ เลยเลือกกลับมาพักอีกคืน พนักงานสาวที่ฟรอนท์จำผมได้ด้วยนะ ฮ่าๆๆ หวังว่าหลายปีข้างหน้า จะมีโอกาสได้มองย้อนกลับมายังช่วงเวลานี้จากแผ่นดินใหญ่ ประสบการณ์ที่ไต้หวันยอดเยี่ยมมากครับ ขอบคุณทุกคน

ห้อง 717 สะอาดสะอ้าน ทางเดินมีกล้องวงจรปิดทุกมุม รู้สึกปลอดภัยดีค่ะ พื้นทางเดินเก็บเสียงไม่ค่อยดี ใครเดินผ่านก็ได้ยินหมดเลย ห้องดับเบิ้ลที่ฉันพัก ไม่มีที่แขวนเสื้อผ้าหรือไม้แขวนเลย ควรปรับปรุงนะคะ ห้องของฉันไม่มีช่องเสียบ USB โดยตรง (แต่ห้องเดี่ยวที่มีห้องน้ำในตัวบางห้องมีนะ) และมีแต่ปลั๊กไฟแบบแบน 2 รู ถ้าอยากใช้ปลั๊กแปลงแบบใหญ่ข้างเตียง ก็ต้องถอดปลั๊กตู้เย็น/ทีวีออกค่ะ มีปลั๊กไฟตรงประตูและข้างอ่างล้างหน้าด้วยนะ แต่ฉันไม่ได้ใช้หรอกค่ะ ฉันพัก 5 คืน คืนสุดท้าย เครื่องปรับอากาศด้านนอกส่งเสียงดังเป็นระยะๆ ดังและถี่มาก จนทำให้นอนไม่หลับเลย ควรได้รับการซ่อมแซมนะคะ ห้องดับเบิ้ล ได้กุญแจแค่ดอกเดียว ถ้าต้องการเพิ่มต้องวางเงินมัดจำ 500 ดอลลาร์ไต้หวัน ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม ไม่มีใบเสร็จรับเงินด้วยค่ะ ต้องขอถึงจะได้กระดาษโน้ตเล็กๆ ให้ถ่ายรูปเก็บไว้ อยากให้เรื่องนี้มีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากกว่านี้หน่อยนะคะ

ที่พักทำเลดีมาก อยู่หน้าไทเปเมนเลยสะดวกในการเดินทางไปเที่ยว ห้องกว้างนอนสบายห้องน้ำมีสายชำระ ทีวีเชื่อมยูทูปกับมือถือได้รวมๆโอเคเลยค่ะ ส่วนเรื่องนึงไม่ไม่โอเคคือห้องได้ยินเสียงจากทางเดินหน้าห้องวันที่เข้าพักมีเด็กวิ่งและเปิดปิดประตูเสียงดังทำให้นอนหลับไม่สนิทสำหรับเรา

ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก! สภาพแวดล้อมสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย พื้นที่ส่วนกลางก็สะดวกสบายและอบอุ่น เตียงนอนก็สะอาด พนักงานกระตือรือร้นและเป็นกันเอง ยินดีให้ความช่วยเหลือ ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวก มีร้านอาหารและสถานีขนส่งอยู่ใกล้ๆ ได้เจอเพื่อนร่วมเดินทางมากมายจากที่ต่างๆ บรรยากาศสบายๆ เป็นกันเอง ครั้งหน้าถ้ามาอีกจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

มาพักโรงแรมนี้เป็นครั้งที่สองแล้ว และจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน เจ้าของน่ารักมาก ปีที่แล้วมาพักเธอยังจำลูกฉันได้เลย ฉันก็แนะนำเพื่อนมาพักที่นี่ด้วย เพราะโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี เดินทางสะดวก ด้านล่างมีรถไฟฟ้า ใกล้กับศูนย์จัดแสดงสินค้า นั่งรถไฟฟ้าไปได้ทุกที่ รวมถึงห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในเกาสงอย่าง Dream Mall ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง ฉันชอบที่ห้องพักมองเห็นวิวทะเล ทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืนวิวสวยมาก ท้องฟ้าสีคราม เมฆขาว นั่งจิบกาแฟริมหน้าต่าง มองดูท่าเรือซีจื่อหวันไกลๆ รู้สึกผ่อนคลายสุดๆ!

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

ทำเลดีมากๆ ทางออกรถไฟฟ้า Taipeimain ทางออก M8 เป็นทางออกที่ลงไปแล้วเข้าชานชลารถไฟฟ้าเลย ของกินเยอะ ร้านค้าเยอะ เดินไปพิพิทธภัณฑ์สะดวก ห้องพักของใช้ครบ ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย เจอปัญหาส้วมตัน แก้ไขให้รวดเร็ว แม่บ้านทำควาทสะอาดและเติมน้ำให้ทุกวัน มีถุงยางให้ด้วย ลูกวัย 5 ขวบถามว่าคืออะไร แม่ตอบไปน้องบอก อ่อ เหมือนหน้ากากอนามัยใช่ไหม ฮ่าๆๆ

โดยทั่วไปดี แต่ความสะอาดยังไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ ภาพรวม พนง.ให้ความช่วยเหลือดี แต่ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมไต้หวันให้เช็คอินเลทมากตั้งบ่าย3 และเช็ตเอ้าท์11โมง คือเร็วมาก อันนี้ยังงงอยู่ว่าเพราะอะไร แรงดันไฟต่ำด้วย แต่ถ้าใช้อุปกรณ์ทางโรงแรมทุกอย่างปกติ

A Scenic Stay with a Convenient Catch My stay at Hotelday Hualien was a bit of a mixed bag. It has some genuinely charming touches and a great view, but its location and certain amenities require some adjustment. Location & Transportation: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Hualien Train Station, which is fantastic if you're arriving by rail. However, I soon realized that the train station is not the city center. The main downtown area is a significant distance away—about a 40-minute walk. This means you'll either need to plan for long walks or rely on taxis and buses to get to the main dining and night market areas. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of. The Room: The room itself was a highlight. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The best feature was the large window that faced the train station, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. It was incredibly scenic and made the room feel bright and open. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that the overall design and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It's clean and functional, but don't expect a super modern aesthetic. Amenities & Service: This is where the experience was a bit uneven. The gym was quite disappointing. It only had a stationary bicycle and a treadmill. There were no weights, no multi-gym, nothing for anyone hoping for even a basic strength workout. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper facility. On the other hand, the service had some truly thoughtful highlights. When we asked for ice, the hotel staff kindly delivered some to our room, which was a nice touch. The Special Touch: The most memorable part of the stay was a small, heartwarming gesture. The hotel provided us with complimentary postcards. The unique part? They offered to mail them for us, but not right away. They will send them exactly one year later. It's a lovely idea—a little time capsule from your trip that arrives as a surprise in the future. Overall: Hotelday Hualien offers spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views, and its proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers. The thoughtful service, like the ice delivery and the ”postcard to your future self” program, adds a warm, personal touch. However, the distance from the city center and the very basic gym are drawbacks. It's a solid choice for a comfortable night's sleep near the station, especially if you appreciate sentimental gestures, but be prepared for the travel time to the main attractions.

โรงแรมนี้ดูเหมือนจะค่อนข้างเก่าครับ แต่เห็นได้ชัดว่าผู้ประกอบการพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ในการปรับปรุงห้องพักที่ดูเก่าให้ดูดีขึ้น ทำให้ประสบการณ์โดยรวมค่อนข้างดี มีร้านอาหารมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง และสะดวกสบายในการจับจ่ายซื้อของ ราคาในช่วงวันธรรมดาถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก แต่ช่วงสุดสัปดาห์หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ราคากลับเพิ่มเป็นสองเท่าทันที สารภาพตามตรงว่าบริการค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังครับ ไม่ได้แจ้งล่วงหน้าว่าหากเช็คเอาท์หลัง 11 โมงจะต้องจ่าย 300 ดอลลาร์ไต้หวัน และระหว่างการพูดคุยก็รู้สึกว่าอีกฝ่ายค่อนข้างไม่พอใจ เหมาะสำหรับการเดินทางแบบประหยัดครับ
