I had a wonderful stay at 禺钰客栈（苏州平江路拙政园店）. I want to especially thank the lady at the front desk for her kindness — my grandma has arthritis and cannot go up and down the stairs easily, and she immediately helped us by upgrading our room for free to a bigger one on Level 1. This thoughtful gesture really made our stay much more comfortable. The service here is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect — many major attractions are just a short walk away, including 狮子林、苏州博物馆、拙政园、平江路、双子塔集市, and many more. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Suzhou. I would definitely stay here again!

The River View Inn is picturesquely located directly on one of the many small canals in Suzhou. The room was surprisingly large (it looked smaller in the pictures), very clean, and modernly furnished. Even with the window open, you can sleep peacefully without any problems. Although I only stayed there for one night, I really enjoyed my time there and used the beautifully furnished room to take pictures. The fruit plate and snacks were also delicious. The location of the accommodation is also perfect for exploring the old town center of Suzhou and getting food in the evening in the many small streets. The man at the reception and the elderly couple were very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints and can only recommend this accommodation.

每一次來都覺得很平靜的感覺。彷彿回到了家。來住宿不僅僅是為了住一夜，更重要的是讓內心迴歸到本源初始的平靜當中。也許民國風情的酒店，天生就帶有寧靜的屬性或色彩吧。（翻譯成民國文字:每回踏入這地界，心頭便自生出幾分沉靜來，倒像是倦鳥歸巢般妥帖。原也不是為著借宿一宿便罷，終究是想讓那顆被塵俗攪擾得七葷八素的心，尋回些最初的清明與安穩。想來這民國風味的棧房，大抵是天生帶着些靜氣的，不然怎會一腳踏入，便覺周遭的喧囂都淡了，衹剩下時光沉澱後的平和，漫進骨子裡去。）

หลังจากเดินเที่ยวทั่วโจวจวงแล้ว ฉันยืนยันได้ว่าทำเลของที่นี่ดีที่สุด ด้านนอก: ใช้เวลาเพียง 10 นาทีก็ถึงทางเข้าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว แม้จะเรียกแท็กซี่ล่วงหน้า 10 นาทีก็ยังทันท่วงที ปลอดภัยสุดๆ เลยค่ะ... 👍👍👍👍 ด้านใน: มีทางเชื่อมต่อกันทุกทิศทาง สามารถไปยังคลองใดก็ได้ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ที่พักยังตั้งอยู่ริมคลอง ทำให้สามารถมองเห็นคลอง เรือ วิวกลางคืน และร้านค้าฝั่งตรงข้ามได้อย่างชัดเจน... 👍👍 เราเลือกห้องเตียงใหญ่ที่อยู่ติดริมคลอง ห้องพักตกแต่งด้วยเฟอร์นิเจอร์โบราณ มีเตียงไม้แกะสลักแบบเก่าสีแดง รู้สึกเหมือนเป็นเตียงแต่งงานเลยค่ะ 😂😂😂😂 มีโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งแบบเก่า (วางของเยอะเลยไม่ได้ถ่ายรูป) และชุดเก้าอี้หมวกขุนนางพร้อมโต๊ะชาเล็กๆ ริมหน้าต่าง สามารถจิบชาพร้อมชมวิวกลางคืนได้ สวยงามมากค่ะ เมืองโบราณโจวจวง! 👍👍👍👍 ห้องน้ำ ห้องพัก และเตียงนอนสะอาดมากๆ ค่ะ จำไว้นะคะ!!!! ที่นี่มีสุนัขที่น่ารักมากๆ ตัวหนึ่ง ไม่ใช่สุนัขพันธุ์แพงอะไร แต่เวลามีคนเดินผ่าน มันก็จะอยู่นิ่งๆ ไม่เห่าเลย แค่มองเราด้วยแววตาอ่อนโยน มีตาสองชั้นน่ารักมากๆ รู้สึกเหมือนเป็นลูกสาวเลยค่ะ 👍👍👍👍👍 อาจจะเป็นเพราะเราเข้าพักช่วงโลว์ซีซัน ราคาเลยไม่แพงค่ะ 👍👍👍

โรงแรมดีใกล้ย่าน LaoSingMen ที่พลุกพล่าน ได้รับห้องพักชั้น B1 ที่มีหน้าต่างบานเล็กซึ่งแสงไม่ส่องเข้ามาได้มากนักและไม่สามารถมองเห็นอะไรจากภายนอกได้ เนื่องจากโรงแรมนี้อยู่ชั้นใต้ดินในโรงแรมที่มีลานกลาง (天井？) เราเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวทุกวัน แต่ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดทุกวัน อ่างล้างหน้าในห้องน้ำอุดตันเพราะมีเส้นผมอยู่ด้านในจำนวนมาก เราจัดการทำความสะอาดอ่างล้างหน้าที่อุดตันเองได้เมื่อรู้เรื่องนี้ในคืนแรก โรงแรมไม่ได้อยู่ไกลจากสถานีรถประจำทางสาธารณะมากนัก แต่ค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน (เดินมากกว่า 15 นาที) ไม่น่าจะจองที่นี่เมื่อเราไปเยือนหนานจิงครั้งหน้า

A most pleasant stay in a culturally reatored inn with inn-keepers to help me around. Most patient and daintily clad staff to explain and help plan my iti in the bay area. A most surprising experience into the Chinese culture, food, sights and sounds. The evening performances were very entertaining - make sure you are early to secure a good spot before the throngs of tourists arrive just for the shows.

Word of advice for people who didnt know, the hotel is right smack in the middle of non-car access area. After alighting, you should use trip app call function to call the hotel so that they bring a old trolley to pull your luggage for you. It is in a tourism spot so super convenient to eat and shop. But it is a door that is at a side lane, and also that is kept closed at all times, see pic 4. At night, if you are lucky, there are 2 lantern lights lit for you, see pic 5. However, the girls at the lobby are super helpful. They operate the dining area across, so they sometimes disappear from counter. But they are helpful when you ask them things. They even ordered a late night noodles for me when i told them i do not have a ******* app. Lovely stay.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยม อยู่ใน Xinanli เพียงข้ามถนนจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน และไม่ไกลจากวัดขงจื้อและลาวเหมินตง โรงแรมอยู่บนชั้น 4 และมีสระว่ายน้ำขนาดเล็กซึ่งค่อนข้างจะมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว บ้านไม่ใหญ่และสุขอนามัยก็โอเคแต่ทีวีในห้องใช้ดูทีวีไม่ได้ว่ากันว่าหมดเงินแล้วตอนนี้ฉันไม่สามารถดูเกมใด ๆ ในช่วงโอลิมปิกได้ .

This inn is in such a beautiful location. I only stayed one night, but definitely want to come back and stay longer. The host was warm and friendly. We connected on WeChat the day before and she provide a waypoint for gps when booking a car. She met up with me in the pedestrian street outside of the town’s gate to guide me in and helped with the luggage. The location is very convenient. This is an ancient town so the street surfaces are stone slabs and uneven cobblestones. But going in is mostly smooth, cross one bridge and the inn is right there, about as close to the entrance and as least hassle as you can get. The waterway in front of the inn is travelled by the row boats whether they’re on the day or evening tour route so there’s plenty to people watch from the balcony. Overall a great place, great host, and highly recommended. Little tip, if you can store luggage at the airport or train station, take only what you need for your stay so you don’t have too much luggage to weigh you down for the trek in and out. The balcony rooms are walkup only.
