整體不錯，離海灘不遠，也可以在酒店户外泳池游泳，早餐很豐盛，不過酒店位置手機沒信號，需要連酒店wifi。

總體設施不錯。但酒店提供的旅遊諮詢服務欠缺： 入住4 天，天氣不好，雨天風大，酒店外出船衹停航，酒店衹提供他們自己的服務，問及附近有沒有飯店或者其他，一概不知/ 或者不説。4 天衹能在灑店呆著。其實不然，最後一天酒店附近走10 分鐘就是很多歺館和旅行相關的出海，Horse ride， car tour， jet tour .... 非常熱鬧的

地理位置優越，房間很大很舒服，離海灘也很近，酒店服務態度也好。泳池裡貼心準備了各種游泳圈，體驗感非常好。

Having stayed in Tsilivi last year for the first time I had scoped out Lesante Classic whilst on a walk as my first impression was luxurious and clean. After a 20 minute transfer from Zakynthos airport we were met by the porter and reception team who offered us a drink whilst we sat and they checked us in. The required our passports and a bank card. We then had a mini tour of some of the hotel en route to our room. The staff throughout were exceptional and very in keeping with Greek culture- so friendly! We booked a superior double and it was overlooking the pool - if you’re not over looking the pool there really is no view at all. Just a built up green mesh fence with some plants. The one thing that really stood out on this stay was the cleanliness of EVERYTHING! The room was immaculate, the pool absolutely glistening and all communal areas spotless. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed for cleanliness. The safe was initially a little tricky as there weren’t any English instructions but we called down to reception and they sent someone immediately and it was quickly resolved. Breakfast got busy around 9/9:30 but offered a nice choice of food. We didn’t eat in the hotel for any other meal and I would say lunch looked lovely but was expensive! €16-20 for a main meal which is excessive when you just want a sandwich or pitta. The pools were a little chilly but after a few days of continuous sun warmed up a little and once you’re in they are fun! The sunbeds were amongst some of the comfiest, we loved they had a head rest! Pool towels are available near the pool bar from 10am. I do think in the height of summer there would be a lack of beds! You can use the back gate to gain access to the main road which is then only a 5-10 min walk into town. There is a supermarket close by “Alex’s super market” it’s very small but sells sub rolls for €2.50 which are lovely and also good if you want a paper! On the walk into town would recommend Premier Restaurant and above it Bay Bar which serves lunch snacks and great for drinks. We would absolutely stay again but on a B&B or bed only basis. Perfect hotel.

Mixed feelings to be honest, yes it is 5* property, however unfortunately our room wasn't great, bathroom extract didn't work, reported to the receptionist who tried to tell me it was working, anyway nothing was done and more important no-one gave me an update, most of black-out curtains were missing and nothing was done about it, coffee was replaced once in 7 days, confusing Half Board option- no drinks included even water. One night we arrived for the dinner 17 minutes prior closure, I apologised to the host who looked at me and didn't reply anything? We found no hot food available. Nice swimming pool area. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly. May come back after refurbishment done. Thank you

Really good hotel with superb staff. You can tell they are well managed and led as they all seem happy and focused on their guests, making the stay a real pleasure. The pool area was always clean and relaxed, the breakfasts really good quality and the room spotless and very comfy. Good location with the beach close, be sure to try the Taverna by the Sea Paradeisos!

Had a wonderful holiday at the Lesante classic Luxury hotel, brilliant location just a short walk to the main resort where theres lots of shops bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the beach too. The food was really enjoyable we went half board and enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal lots of choice to choose from and all fresh and very tasty. Room was very comfortable with a pleasant view overlooking the large swimming pool. All staff lovely and with happy faces, everyone greeted us with a smile and everyone here was very helpful. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember and thank you for booking us a taxi to transfer us back to the airport.

Visited in May with our family. Warm welcome at reception with a nice cocktail and shown the grounds of the hotel. We had a suite on the first floor with a hot tub overlooking the pool. Room large, clean and comfy beds. My daughter had a sofa bed for the week. My parents (60s) were in a smaller room in different part of the hotel. No actual shower which was odd and frustrating. Only a shower head off the side of the bath with an extension. Some aspects of bathroom and outdoor area in need of refurbishing but I believe a refurb happening soon. Pool area packed with wedding parties who selfishly reserved stacks of sunbeds each day. Thankfully my folks are early risers and reserved us some. Not ideal and we don’t like doing it but needs must. We stayed half board. Breakfast plentiful and loads of choice. Half board the same but we ate out some nights. Entertainment low key on evenings so we headed out. No real child activities but pools fine and all inflatables no issue. Staff all pleasant and work very hard. Location about 10 mins outside town but 2 mins from beach and two bars which were lovely. Tsilivi is lovely and bigger than expected. Great holiday.
