We asked to keep the room as we had a later flight, this was no problem at all at a very small charge. Dennis and and George are the hostesses with the mostess. Their food and there hospitality is second to none. They made us feel so welcome. Rooms were cleaned every day, beds changed regularly . We shall definitely stay there again. Xx"

"We were very pleasantly surprised by this great hotel/apartments . It is located about 15 minutes from the airport. We were self catering and travelled with JET2. Check -in is from 2pm rooms are a nice size with balconies and double doors .We requested ground floor because of mobility issues. Reception is manned and open from 8a.m-midnight and breakfast is available from 8.30-12.30 swimming pool is open from9.00am to 8.30 pm . The bathroom is very small but the facilities were good .However, it is virtually impossible to keep the water in the shower tray. There is a charge for the safe ,television and air conditioning .The air conditioning is 8 Euros per day but with temps being 30 degrees plus it is almost impossible to sleep without it . You are also charged the tourist tax 3 euros per person per night when you arrive. You are provided with a bath towel and a hand towel each but will be charged per item for anything you damage. Towels are changed every second day and linen every third day. The cleaning staff are good ,fair and nice people . Any issues are dealt with on the same day and the owner pays close attention to ensure they are done correctly. Midnight to 07..00am is considered quiet time so noise during these hours is prohibited .However the road that the hotel is on (main road into Laganas is noisy with motorbikes ,scooters and quad bikes most of the time. The hotel is situated 25 minutes walk from Laganas main strip. The pool bar and snack bar is good ,nice friendly helpful staff .The club sandwich ,chicken Gyros and the crepes are delicious and good value for money ,however the full English breakfast is awful! Only Food and drink purchased from the pool bar and restaurant is allowed to be consumed at the poolside . There are supermarkets open either side of the apartments ,the larger one is open until the early hours ? the smaller one is open until 11.30 pm . The rooms are equipped with a fridge ,a simple one ring electric hob and a kettle .(there is no microwave or toaster.) You also have 2 sets of cutlery ,2 mugs ,2 glasses , a saucepan ,a frying pan .There is a price list on the back of the front door for any broken items per item large and small. There is a mix of guests here some mature couples and many groups of young lads/girls there for partying and clubbing . Poolside loungers are plentiful and are not a problem as many of the younger guests do not get up until after lunch. Check out is at 11a.m. on day of departure ,late checkout is at a cost of 30 euros if it is available as it isn't always . We arrived on a Monday evening and did not see a JET2 rep until the following Friday he was a good guy but this was useless to us . Buses into Laganas and Zakynthos town are available from outside the supermarket ,bus times are shown on the bus stop but often run late. Fares are 2 euros everywhere however the air conditioning on board is virtually non existent. A taxi back from Zakynthos town is 17 euros and one into Laganas s"

"The hotel is located in the outskirts of the beach (small and dirty but well-prepared ) the structure and the rooms are very beautiful . Discrete size phone (for women) in the bathrooms . Parking included in the outskirts of the reception . Double pool with comfortable and level furniture. Not recommended HEADly consume meals inside. We had a all inclusive that we tried to avoid. The luch box ( 1 toast with pig and cheese , a small apple , a whole tomato and a whole peanut , half a litre of water at room temperature ) is unacceptable ."

"Superb hotel, representing excellent value for money, on the edge of Zakythnos town, but 10 minute walk from the main square. Most rooms have a sea view, the higher you go the better they are. The beds are extremely comfortable and probably the best bathroom we’ve experienced in Greece. We stayed in 402 which had a massive balcony and stunning wrap around views. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Special shout out to Didi, absolute super star. Breakfast has plenty of choice, better than a lot of Greek offerings. Yes there’s a couple of rough looking beach buildings opposite but the beach beyond has crystal clear water and beautiful one pebbles ( no sand.)"

The hotel itself was beautiful, the facilities were excellent, and everything was spotless. What really made our holiday, though, was the staff. They were absolutely incredible – so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. One thing I would mention is to be aware of the VVIP representative, Sean. He is not part of the hotel staff, despite being based on-site, and we found him to be very pushy when selling excursions and experiences. I’d definitely recommend researching and comparing prices elsewhere before booking anything through him, as you may find better value with other providers. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. The hotel and its staff were outstanding – just be sure to shop around before booking any excursions."

"The hotel is one of the larger properties in Zakynthos, with well-maintained facilities and clean, comfortable rooms. During my stay over Easter, the city center was quite lively and noisy, but the front desk staff were very kind and proactively helped me move to a larger and quieter room, which made a big difference to my experience. The reception is staffed 24 hours, which adds a strong sense of security and convenience. They also assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of €15, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a reliable and reassuring place to stay."
