Toilet keep running, called the front desk and told them about the issue and they said they would fix it and they did not, it was so annoying, had problems with the tv as well,

We had a great stay! The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and my kids had fun in pool. The pool room is in need of some work - peeling paint and it was so humid the folded towels you dry off with were damp.

Staff was excellent. Clean and well maintain despite the challenging circumstances of some guest unwillingness of corrective disciplining of some of their children. Some was well behaved and some wasn't but your staff stayed on top of the problems and made everyone feel welcome. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family for the hotels needs they may have in the future

Quick check in and out. Great amenities for the kids. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Very reasonable price. Will be coming back.

Horrible experience, worst sleep of my life.
All I needed was a good night’s rest, as I was attending my aunt’s funeral the next morning, but the heater sounded like it was going to explode all night. Even when I turned it off, it was still making a horrible loud noise and kicking on every 2 minutes.
Additionally, there was no peephole cover, which is concerning as I am a female who was traveling alone.
I alerted front desk of the issues and was told there was nothing they could do. I also emailed the general manager Chantel Brown and she was not helpful either.
I will not stay here again and would not recommend others do either.
