Smaller and very friendly hotel, great staff, fabulous food choices, great pool, superb location right on the beach.

What a lovely hotel, the staff make it a great place to stay, they all work so hard & always with a smile, they cannot do enough for you. The food here is fabulous, I'm a fussy eater, but every night there was something for me to enjoy, the roast meats are delicious! The bedrooms (well ours anyway), looked a little tired and in need of a spruce up, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept very well! The pool area is lovely, with comfortable sunbeds, which makes lazing around so much easier! Plus, there are plenty to go round. A lovely week, we had great weather which was a big bonus... Walking into Paphos takes around 40 mins, or, catch the bus from outside the hotel €2 - €3

Hotel is in a good position by the sea with a beach for sunbathing etc. Food and drink is ok for all inclusive and is much the same as most hotels in this price range .The only complaint would be the lack of quality evening entertainment supplied mainly by in house team apart from two nights when there were outside entertainers (a quality singer and Elvis tribute singer BOTH HAD EVERONE UP SINGINGING AND DANCING)so improvement is needed for the rest of the week as stated by many people there.Cannot fault all staff who were very friendly and would do anything you wanted.In general the hotel is good and rooms good and cleaned daily with new towels everyday the restaurant has been renovated recently to a good standard and more work is to be done around the hotel to keep standards up.We had a great time meeting new friends and will probably go back.

We had the best stay at Ledra beach. All the friendly staff are what makes this hotel special. We were here for a family wedding and we all day the best day. The staff made sure we were well looked after and any issues we had were resolved. The hotel is spotless and the location is perfect whether you just want to relax or explore. We all had a very enjoyable time which was made sure be the energetic friendly animation team. We would definitely come back to visit again. The only negative I would give is that the hotel needs a little modernising but other than that it was the perfect stay.

We had an amazing 7 nights at Louis Ledra Beach Hotel. First time visiting Paphos, and this hotel did not disappoint. We upgraded with Tui to a Sea View room (223), and the view was amazing. The food at the hotel was outstanding, the staff are all friendly and helpful , the entertainment manager does a great job keeping guests happy, and so do the rest of his team. We never had any issues getting drinks of an evening. One quest has previously mentioned no tables, we were there that night, it had started raining outside so all quests went to the lobby and it was busy but staff quickly brought out extra tables and chairs and we were quickly seated with drinks in hand. We also took up drinks to our room every night and were never frowned upon or declined any drinks. You just order your drinks and take them to your room, no problem. Beach bar wasn't open in the evening for the first couple of days due to the weather but eventually stayed open in evening until midnight, so mice to sit outside too. There are a lot of returning quests, but we never felt ignored by any staff or felt other guests had "special trea**ent " There were tables reserved in the restaurant, but there were still plenty of tables to choose from, so there were no issues. We also had a spa trea**ent, which was excellent. Speak to the friendly member of staff who is around the pool area to get an idea of the price and trea**ents available. Shout out to Amik in the lobby bar area for his friendly service and for keeping our drinks coming. Brilliant holiday.

We returned again for 28 nights in October/November. We both relaxed and enjoyed our stay with the help of the great staff and a brilliant room with a wonderful view. The weather was good with temperatures ranging from 26c to a top of 30c. We did have rain twice, didn't last long though. We would both like to mention some of the outstanding staff though all the staff were great. We have Nick and his front of house staff, George Lobby bar: Gina, Alina Christos Mcallis (Mimis), Ihor, Kamellya, Restaurant: Erodotos and his staff, Nikki, Athena, Zoey and others. Housekeeping: Anna and Rodica. Pool bar we have Alexia and others. I would also like to mention that children must not be allowed to run around the restaurant, or Lobby bar its an accident waiting t happen. The Life Guards should under no circumstances be allowed to man handle children, its a no, no. Having said all that, we would really like to thank all the staff for making our holiday a great one. No Ball Games in pool, whilst swimming in pool at lunch time I was hit on the head twice by people playing ball game in pool! LifeGuards, where are they!. Generally there is one lifeguard who hasn't learnt his lesson. He has No Right to throw children into the pool. He is the fairly well built one with a bald head. Management need to make frequent visits to the pool to see if they can see the life guards. Thanks.

The hotel had a great location with a small beach at the front. The hotel was clean and staff generally friendly. The food was lovely. The room was freshly painted, with plenty of storage. The bathrooms had been partially renovated with a new shower. Our biggest gripe was that we had paid for all inclusive but on 3 evenings we were late into the restaurant which meant that by the time we got to the lobby area with the only open bar there were no seats left so we didn't get a drink. The bar was table only service so we were unable to get a drink. We walked up and down the lobby area several time as did other guests looking for seats. The bar manager even made a joke of it one evening, jumping into my partners seat as soon as he got up,.shouting i have a seat!! A poor joke considering the experience we had had during our 10 night stay. Some tables had no chairs as they had been moved to other tables but no addional chairs were brought out. I asked for a drink to take back to the room to enjoy on the balcony but this request was declined. The Tui rep had mentioned in our welcome meeting that it was table service and they didn't like drinks being taken back to guests rooms. Entertainment was in the inside 'entertainment' room around 9pm but that room was full, no seats. On the way out that night we bumped into the guest relations lady. I passed my concerns to her when she asked how our stay was but it was apparent she was only interested in positive comments and constructive comments were not appreciated. The nights we got a table, a wait of 15 minutes after ordering a drink was normal. As a Tui rated Platinium hotel this was very disappointing. Our all-inclusive was effectively restricted in the evening. I have never experienced this at any other all inclusive hotel. Whilst we understand the hotel cannot control the weather all guest should be able to have access to all inclusive drinks during the hours notified when booking and you shouldn't have to go as early as possible for your evening meal, just to get a seat, so you can get a drink. Towards the end of our stay they did use the outdoor entertainment stage and opened the beach bar so you could at least get a drink and sit outside which was better. The problem was exasterbated when there was a wedding on and the indoor entertainment room could not be used. We spoke to other guests who went every year and they said it didn't use to be a problem as the covered pool bar was used as a second bar in the past but this has now been turned into an a la carte restaurant. They agreed this had caused issues. This is a hotel where the older generation tend to visit several times a year ( we are 40 and first time visitors). The staff remember them which is nice but they get preferential trea**ent especially in the restaurant. There are 3 entrances for the restaurant and you walk in and find a table. I've spent a week in this hotel. It was really good rest. Decent sizes rooms, swimming pool with bar, acces to private beach - however really tiny. What was the best - quallity of food ! This hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and a short stroke to the harbour restaurants , All the staff are friendly and polite giving excellent service. The rooms are of a good standard, The food choice and quality is excellent. The bar staff all interact with the entertainment in the evenings . I really enjoyed this hotel and can’t really fault it .
