โรงแรมใกล้ House-museum of Avetik Isahakyanในเยเรวาน

After four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.

It was an amazing experience, the stuff was kind, especially Marianna, they were willing to help with anything. The room very clean, cozy, with everything you need inside. Breakfast had everything I could ask for, from local marmalade to eggs, bacon, cream cheese. I recommend your stay here, and whenever I come back to Yerevan this is where I will stay!

ในเยเรวานสถานที่แห่งนี้ไม่เลว ห้องกว้างมากและห้องน้ำค่อนข้างใหญ่แต่น้ำไหลไม่ค่อยคล่อง ฉันจองห้องเตียงแฝด แต่ฉันให้ห้องบนชั้นสี่ที่ไม่มีระเบียง เห็นจากแนะนำโรงแรมว่าห้องส่วนใหญ่จะมีระเบียง เพราะจะพักแค่คืนเดียวก็ไม่เป็นไร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องคล้ายกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกระดับสามดาวในประเทศ แผนกต้อนรับค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ มีลิฟต์โรงแรมเพียงแห่งเดียวและรอเวลานานเกินไป อาหารเช้าอยู่ที่ชั้น 12 ซึ่งเหมาะกับคนจีนท้องและอิ่มได้ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตตรงข้ามซึ่งสะดวกมาก ที่ตั้งทางภูมิศาสตร์ก็ดีอยู่แล้ว ทั้งเมืองก็ไม่ใหญ่นัก และเดินไปได้สบาย ฉันคิดว่าห้องอื่นควรจะใหญ่กว่าห้องที่คุ้มค่านี้

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก มันไม่มีที่ติ สระว่ายน้ําก็เลิศมากและพนักงานก็มืออาชีพมาก พยายามขอห้องที่หันหน้าเข้าจตุรัสหลัก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือทางโรงแรมต้องการคิดเงินค่าเช็คอินก่อนเวลาให้ฉัน ไม่ชอบและปฏิเสธและบางอย่างอย่างฉับพลันและสามารถเช็คอินก่อนเวลาโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม!! เครื่องดื่มก็ค่อนข้างแพงที่โรงแรมแต่ถ้าข้ามถนนไปก็ราคาครึ่งนึง ผมได้ใช้บริการร้านตัดผมที่สปาของโรงแรม และราคา 40 เหรียญ ผมได้ล้างสีเทานั่นออกมาจากผมเลย!!! โรงแรมนี้ใหม่มากและสภาพเดิมๆ !!! ผมจะไปพักที่นั่นอีกถ้าผมได้กลับไปที่อาร์เมเนีย!!!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดกับสถานทูตฝรั่งเศส ใช้เวลาเดิน 15 นาทีไปยัง Republic Square และสวนสาธารณะที่อยู่ติดกันใช้เวลาเดิน 5 นาที ขนาดห้องค่อนข้างใหญ่และสะอาด แต่สัญญาณทีวีไม่เสถียรและรู้สึกไม่เพียงพอ อัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมค่อนข้างสูง

กับลูกสาวห้องจัดเป็นเตียงใหญ่พร้อมระเบียง โรงแรมนี้มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ํา ทําความสะอาดทุกวัน น้ําร้อนเพียงพอ เสื้อคลุมอาบน้ํา เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวทุกวัน น้ําวันละ 2 ขวด ตอนอาหารเช้า ร้านอาหารก็มีน้ําขวดให้ฟรี นี่ดีกว่าไอบิส ไอบิสมีเพียง 2 ขวดต่อวัน อาหารเช้าก็ดีมาก หลากหลาย น้ําผลไม้ กาแฟ โยเกิร์ต ซุป ไข่ ฯลฯ อร่อยทุกอย่าง พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าให้การต้อนรับและช่วยเหลือดีมาก มันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าพึงพอใจ

เรามีการเช็คอินล่าช้า (ประมาณ 00:00 น.) เรารออยู่ ทุกอย่างในห้องสะอาดมาก ผ้าเช็ดตัวสองผืนต่อคน เปิดเครื่องปรับอากาศ เตียง ผ้าเช็ดตัว - ทุกอย่างสะอาดและราบรื่นมาก 👍🏻 เตียงนอนสบายและนอนหลับสบาย โฮสต์เป็นมิตรและไม่บุกรุก พวกเขาไปที่ศูนย์เพื่อเรียกแท็กซี่ - ที่นี่ราคาถูกมาก 150-209 เรายังคงพอใจ

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Повторно бронировали этот отель. Все нравится. Близко от аэропорта, чисто, тихо, кондиционер. Достопримечательности рядом. Посмотрели армянские венчание и крещение в храме Св Гаяне. Если пересадка в Ереване и надо где то переночевать, это идеальный вариант, на такси от аэропорта или обратно -300р. По вечерам много работающих кафе рядом с отелем. Бассейн не застали, но это тоже явный плюс.
