這是我們第二次來這個度假村了。停車很方很，安保嚴格，環境很安全，安靜，讓人很放鬆。自助餐很豐盛，員工很友好非常熱情，總是能在需要的時候，及時提供幫助。員工英文都挺流利，溝通無障礙！性價比非常高的度假村。下次一定在夏季來一次，因為泳池看着實在是很漂亮！

Très belles piscines, plage un peu moins, eau pratiquement noir mais très calme avec peu de touristes Belle hôtel avec une décoration de goût mais à rénover et rafraîchir... Propreté à revoir, pas de changement de draps tout les jours dans les chambre, sol sale... Buffet répétitif tous les jours et manque de fruits frais et de glaces Pas d’ascenseur donc très embêtant nous étions au premier étage avec un bébé Dans l’ensemble séjour correct mais qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoile européen.

A little bit of paradise! We have four children 15, 12, 9 and 6. Didn’t leave anyone in the kids club because that isn’t our bag. We went for less than a week during term time so it was quiet and dreamy. Lots of languages being spoken. We didn’t get hassled for Pirate boats etc just said no thanks and were left alone to have fun. Anyone could join in the entertainment laid on if they wanted, I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about, anyone could join in anything. Everyone is included if it’s your thing. We don’t really go in for the Butlins style stuff so just enjoyed hanging out together somewhere beautiful. Food was mind blowing, something for the teenage vegetarians, the cake for breakfast boy, the adventurous ‘I don’t even know what I’m eating’ dad and I loved the fresh salads and fish. The desserts too were quite something. The whole of England arrived on our last weekend, first weekend of half term, and changed the vibe a little so I’d definitely suggest going outside of school holidays. The beach was kept clean and we loved people and camel watching. I definitely suggest a taxi to the old town Hammamet rather than Yasmine Hammamet which is the new town. The fort in the old town was picture perfect and we heard the call to prayer from the mosque in the centre which was magical for our children who don’t ever get to experience anything like that on the south coast in the U.K. The staff at the hotel were very smiley and happy to be there, and the maids left us beautiful flower displays in our room and arranged the kids pyjamas and teddies which everyone found cute. Endless fun in the three pools, games of tennis and ping pong, basketball and table football. Don’t forget to go up to the third floor and watch the sunset from the bridge, it goes down into the mountains, I don’t think anyone realises you can go up there, it’s beautiful!

Arrived in Tunisia via Easy jet with a rep and list and said head to Bus 12 .. we arrived at hotel unsure where to go and found reception. Welcome was being sent to the bar with a hot peppermint Tea and to fill cards in. And told check in wasn’t open! First impression was wow this is lovely !! We were told to leave bags and come back at 2pm bear in mind arrived in Jeans and no where to get changed to enjoy the first day!! We were given a room literally on the other side to a Bungalow.. 543 where when you first go in was a drain smell! But the room was set up lovely with flowers and rolled up towels. Literally 10 mins later the maid and a senior person came and knocked asking if room ok .. which I thought was strange. The shower was the main issue Monday night the rainwaterfall shower didn’t work at all .. and the smaller shower head had to be held as water went back against the wall.. not great for my almost 7ft Husband.. we tried to call reception however the 2 phones in the room didn’t work!! Asked reception 4 times before Maintences actually came on Tuesday Night at 7pm to be told we come back as they needed a part .. 9:00pm I went back to reception to ask again for the 5th to be then told they couldn’t fix it . I was told nothing they could do. I asked to be moved and was told tomorrow maybe as no other rooms. I stood and said no I will be moved tonight and get me a manager. It wasn’t until I said we are on our honeymoon things changed and with in a flash the manager appeared. And said yes we move you to another room, We were given a suite on the top floor with a working shower, nice room but certainly not worth paying for the upgrade.. the balcony door wood was almost out and no handle on the fridge cabinet.. just a screw we had a kettle however this was taken out 1 day in to it .. The food was okay nothing amazing or to right home about as someone with allergies cross contamination was spot on and people used the the same spoon for meat and chips .. The Tunisia meal in the bookable restaurant I wouldn’t bother . The pros for this hotel were the staff Hanna was AMAZING she is really a little Star ⭐️ she was the only member of the team who actually greet the English and would try and get you joined in activities. Some of the team were a little better towards the end of the Stay but Hanna was a Super star. I would also say Casper as its first week with the team was great to get to know his English was good and tbh he and Hanna should be allowed to explain things in English not just the Cheif !! The bar staff were fabulous !! They remembered your drink order and even when you tried to change. It up they got that too .. the guy running round with tray full of drinks was amazing !! Sessi was also equally great in the restaurant and made a special effort one our last evening !! Flowers used are from gardens and have ants !! The hotel has lot of French and they do have these little parties tht he English are not welcome too Whe

First time here lovey weather would 100% come back. The animation team were amazing especially Hana she was so kind and helpful to everyone.there was lots of games and activities to take part in all day long and then shows and Muño discos at night.

Amazing stay. Room was amazing and clean. Pool area and beach facilities were great. Entertainment team were amazing especially amine, he made the holiday. Shows every night were to a high standard and there was always something to do during the day and night. We went to the al a carte restaurant for an extra charge which was really nice and worth the extra bit of money. Already planning to come back next year.

For us was perfect! Very warm people, very good food and services, the room was clean and confortable, and the staff was super !!! Hafedh it is a most special person for us . Ecery Day we have activities and every night we have show , games or dance!!! În a word, was ......PERFECT!!!

Beautiful hotel, the staff were very attentive and polite. Relaxed by the pool which wasn't crowded and 5 min walk down to the beach. The food was varied and always a good choice of lovely food. Short taxi ride into Hamment old town one way and also into Hammermet new town the other. Very reasonable to eat out on the couple of times that we did. We did the quard biking through thd man at the hotel which our group of 6 all enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We’d read a lot of reviews before arriving so wasn’t sure what to expect. Needn’t have worried, as the place really delivered. First it’s worth saying that when people say “it’s not a proper 5 star” they’re probably not wrong, but for the price I wouldn’t expect it to be. It’s still an all round excellent hotel, the like of which you would never get in countries such as Turkey, Greece etc for the same money. Pools - three brilliant pools which are a great size and cater for different needs. They’re not heated, we visited end of May and they were absolutely fine to swim in. I imagine it might be a bit tricker much earlier in the season. Bars around the pool are great and you would rarely have to leave your sunbed for a drink, even though the hotel was busy. Sunbeds themselves were relatively easy to come by, apart from the same people who got up at 7am every day to reserve the beds on the decking next to the pool. Food - Can get a bit repetitive as you would expect in any such resort but the quality was good. Worth mentioning the beach bar serves lunch, something we didn’t find out until about day 6 of our trip. This was great to break up the day and the fresh fish and kebabs were great. Beach - Whilst the beach is nice and spacious, I think this is the area the hotel could make more of. The beach bar is great for a drink with a nice view but they need to bridge the gap between that and the sun loungers which are a fair way away. It’s essentially wasted space. Could also benefit from some staff there to provide waiter service to the beach. Sea was nice, and the “hassle” from the camel owners and hawkers was, in my opinion, over played. Just don’t engage and they move on. Staff - the staff were fantastic and an undoubted highlight. Every bar staff remembered our drinks each night, especially in the 360 Bar. Hana was also fantastic with the kids and whilst ours didn’t really partake in kids club, Hana went out of her way to talk to them all the time and involved them in the mini disco. French/English - I’d read a lot of reviews saying you can’t get involved if you’re not French. I wouldn’t say this is true, certainly all the staff speak English fine, but occasionally it did feel like the French people were more catered for and in the know. Didn’t bother us particularly but it’s worth pointing out especially if you want to get involved in evening entertainment. I’d guess that the split of French to English people wasn’t far off 50/50 when we were there there so I’d expect more of an equal split. Rome - absolutely nothing to fault on the room front. We had paid for a bungalow but upon arrival got shown to a room on the second floor which we were assured was better than a bungalow. I was very sceptical and had a look ahead both options. The room on the second floor was indeed better and the view of the sea was brilliant. Room was spacious and modern, all fine. It wasn’t mega hot when we were there of an evening but my gut feel would be that the
