It’s quite a dated hotel and needs renovation. The room is very musty, with obvious evidence of people smoking in the room in the past (there was also an ashtray in the room despite the no smoking sign).  Many staff look bored at breakfast with the chef watching his phone. One chef was smoking in the toilet as I entered the bathroom next to the breakfast buffet room. Waitresses stood around waiting for something to do.. Can clearly see it needs better management. There’s plenty of excellent, new hotels in Wuxi for a similar price. Pullman should be concerned that this is their brand.

Very good service, check in/out very smooth. The hotel room is still ok, but the gym need a redecoration and should supply some cleaning tissues for the equipment

As always, the service in the Atour at Golden Wheel Plaza was excellent!  Always such an enjoyable stay with the staff very polite and accommodating. Breakfast is always enjoyable with many selectio selections.  Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast room was over capacity and the breakfast itself didn’t offer much. But we were multiple room bookers and they upgraded our small bedroom booking to a larger bed despite it being a busy holiday. It is easy to miss the location… our taxi driver drove past saying he didn’t see it even though it has a (simple) ground floor lobby.

One of my favorite hotels now. It's very clean and provides good facilities like a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is really good. The location is very clear to the subway. Easy to get around to the city center and railway station. The hotel smells very nice and provides nice tea. The bed and shower are really good.

Tip top services by the hotel. The boss is so kind to help in upgrading rooms and breakfast for free. Not far from the airport. The hotel also provided private car for shuttle to airport. Highly recommended!!
