We liked the theme room. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work. Staff gave us a discount and a breakfast voucher.

not bad overall, the restaurant was good and the theme room was neat, there was a fight in the hall outside our door at around 3 am and in the morning there was what appeared to be blood on the carpet, but other then that it was a pleasant stay.

The room and building was very clean. The staff was very helpful, and courteous, customer service was quality, and appreciated. The elevator wasn’t the greatest to locate. Signage would be beneficial for this problem.
The stairwell smelled bad of strong cleaner.

Room was fairly nice! The bathroom tub could definitely use an update but otherwise everything was good, service was good an food was good. The tavern that is attached to the building is very nice, with very nice people an great portions for the food.

Jazzuzi was nice but the knobs to adjust the jet speed are broken. The rooms had heavy bleach/chemical smell and it gave headache. Hotel is nice and Staff very friendly, but room was subpar, wouldn't book theme room again.

Check in and facilities were good. Got in the room and the theme is cute but a lot of wear and tear on the room. Jacuzzi tub was not functioning and maintenance spent two hours in our room then called room service to clean it. Staff were great but it was just super frustrating! The pool facility definitely needs more seating - pure chaos in there! Adults were even drinking alcohol and hotel staff said nothing!!! Slide needs to be redone - kids had so many burns from it. Theme suites are hard to come by so that was the attraction but not sure if we’ll be back.

The hotel was nice price was good the only problem we had we asked for a wakeup call for 6:15 am they called us at 5:15 am so we were very early to go to hospital

Room was big & clean (business suite) pool was lots of fun and the kids had an awesome time! Only critique would be the pool deck was sorta grime "y" and the waterslide eventually took a little skin off my back.
