Zwei super Tage vor dem Heimflug in den Winter nach Deutschland! Sehr guter Service und mittwochs Cocktailtag. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und modern und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. An der Pool Area hätten wir gerne noch ein paar Tage länger gechillt und das Frühstücksbüffet war gigantisch👍

I stayed here for one night, as part of a group tour package. I was exhausted and didn’t explore the grounds or the neighboring area but my room was clean, oh-so-comfortable, and quiet. Dinner and breakfast were great, and there were vegetarian options. As a place to sleep, I give it 5 stars.

Stayed at the beginning and end of a tour, location is good for the airport. Lodges are good, clean and well-equipped. Swimming pool is fine. Breakfast was good and food from the restaurant at dinner was excellent, with a good wine selection.

The lodge is going backwards. I normally stay at Arebbusch every second month when I am there for business and it was normally so pleasant but every time I get there it gets worse. I stayed there for two days... At first I got to the room, they couldn't find my key so I sat outside waiting. That evening I took a shower and had to dry myself with the bedding because there was no towels. When I got back to my room the next day at 15:00 my room was still not cleaned. I got dressed and then the lady came knocking to ask if she can clean quickly because she doesn't have a key for my room. That evening I got to my room and the toilet paper and everything was just in a plastic bag on my stoep. Juan We went for dinner at the restaurant, was there until about 11, the urinal were blocked and you actually stood in about 1mm of pee throughout the whole bathroom and I was wearing flops.... When I got to my room that evening, my DSTV didn't work, when I phoned them they said its probably just the weather. Not a good experience and it is not like we are paying cheap rates. One complement is the restaurant staff is always amazing and the food is good!

Valerie,Nikola crystal and dagimara all great staff made my stay very pleasant. No complaints. Would definitely book here again. Staff always helpful. Thanks all at travel lodge.would definitely recommend to any one. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Once again my wife and I were in Bromley for just one night and we decided to stay here having done so now twice over recent years, and it is so convenient as it is centrally located within easy reach of the town centre, restaurants and pubs. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the decoration and decor of the place had been kept as pristine as we recalled from our previous visit; there was no deterioration at all. Check-in was extremely quick and efficient done by Ella at the Reception, and we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the busy A21 road that runs passed the hotel at the front. We found that the room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. We took advantage of the underground car parking and we thought that the price paid for a full 24-hours was very reasonable especially for the obvious peace of mind that it gave us. Checkout the following morning was just a matter of putting the room card in a slot at the Reception Desk. All in all we thought that it was a very good choice to have made, especially at the cost which was very, very reasonable.

PROS We stayed for 1 night in one of the"luxury" tented options. Please take note that we now have stayed in a variety of room options at Arrebusch Lodge This lodge is our preferred place to stay in Windhoek after a long journey. However, with regards to the" luxury tented accommodation- it has an almost 16 sq m bathroom (brick) with a large shower and ample space. Clean and comfortable beds and bedding in the tent area ( same size as the bathroom) An aircon that worked properly. Outside a veranda with a braai with ample light options. CONS We missed the coffee station and a small table in the tent. If you are looking for value for money consider Block C/B and the square which also includes a great breakfast at the price. About the tented accommodation, we unfortunately had a "horrible" experience. Our tent was on the far end of the premises close to the main road and fence. We arrived there while the October Fest was in full swing and it felt as if the speakers and boom boxes were just across the road. To their credit(management) we found a letter from management in the tent apologizing (warning us ?) about the sound pollution. The traffic on the road ( and police vehicle sirens} added to this "sound pollution". I didn't sleep at all and at one point 04:00 felt like checking out. For the very first time, we even felt unsafe. Yes to be fair we understand management can not be blamed for the noise but I am sure that on a "normal" day or weekend, the road noise will also affect the quality of your stay. I will never stay in the "luxury" tented accommodation again. There are far better value-for-money options available at Arrebusch. BACK TO THE TENTS

The room was in a sorry state. The smell of drains was awful and the room wasn’t very clean. Comfortable bed though and they take dogs. There was no vegan yoghurt at breakfast. Coffee good and the staff helpful.
