The folks at the front desk were amazing - super kind and professional. The rooms were also really clean and smelled great! I can't wait to go back and stay there again!

The restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the evening as the coffee one makes in the room is just ok. Our room was cleaned only one time that I am aware of even though we only had the do not disturb sign up on the first day of the three day stay.

Our refrigerator was broken and they replaced it within minutes of me calling downstairs. The front desk attendants were very nice. The food was good. Drinks were great. My only complaint would be that the rooms need microwaves, but there is one downstairs to use, If needed. I still give 5 stars. I really enjoyed my stay.

My trip and stay was wonderful until the last day. The room is clean and comfortable. I was attending a 3 day seminar at the hotel. On my last day, I hadn't checked out yet, I came up on a break and found that they had cleaned my room and removed my bag and food. I found my bag by the cleaning cart and then had to hunt down the food that was leftover from a very expensive meal. I am just in awe that they removed my stuff when I hadn't checked out yet.

Walking in I was greeted by everyone at the front desk. Check in was pretty easy and fast. The room was great, comfortable and clean. Great experience, I will return.

Was not impressed with cleanliness or the first front desk staff’s attitude. Loved the restaurant staff. Absolutely hate I filtered asking for breakfast and this property was offered but breakfast is available not included, very deceiving.

Top notch! From the workers to the room and warm chocolate chip walnut cookies at checkin and checkout!!! The bed was so comfy, loved color in the room, bathroom. Spacious king size room on 7th floor. Quiet great night of sleep
