Such a homely and welcoming cottage. Kate is a relaxed and helpful host. After a long drive, we enjoyed her home cooked evening meal and use of the spacious lounge. Quiet, rural location. We would happily return

What a lovely relaxing little b and b. We stayed in the summer house with our dog and had full use of a beautiful garden with beautiful country views. Will definitely be returning for a weekend again. Great for dog owners and there is lovely walks nearby also.

Lovely b&b. Fantastic 3 course meal. Highly recommended. Kate is a super host. But the two dogs beg at the breakfast/dinner table. They need to be kept in a separate room while guests are eating. Breakfast was disappointing. Cooked breakfast consisted of 2 streaky bacon,burnt sausage and a fried egg with yolk overcooked. Make sure you ask how you want your eggs cooked. First morning we asked for scrambled egg which were perfect! Also the bedroom door needs a proper key lock on it. Everything else was wonderful.

Great stay in lovely accommodation in lovely surrounds, very peaceful and quiet with adventure on the doorstep

My partner and i stayed for 2 nights last weekend for a friend's christening in Whitchurch. Kate welcomed us with tea, coffee and biscuits which we had sitting in the sun in her lovely gardens. We stayed im the double room with a large bathroom and gorgeous views, we had use of the guest lounge and the grounds. The bed was very comfy. There is ample parking in a lovely rural setting although not far from lots of different attractions. The local taxi company kate put us onto where amazing as well. Every morning kate cooked myself an extremely nice veggie breakfast and my partner a full English. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all a rare gem of a bnb and we will both stay here again when visiting next time.

Had absolutely the best weekend here. Kate was the most amazing and welcoming host. The property and amenities were wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 star experience at a 5 star property. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

What a warm welcome! The owner was so service minded in a natural and kind way. The house was lovely and very clean. The breakfast has everything from cereals to an English breakfast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. We asked, the lady had it! The country view was amazing. I would love to go back just to relax and enjoy the local environment and nature. Breathtaking.
