雙床房加一個沙發床確實可以住下四位成人，前台和服務生很友善，是去諾福克的路上可以停留的地方，性價比高

I booked a suite with a separate room. I got what I booked. It was very comfortable. The cool/heat could be adjusted fully--my kid turned the heat on, while I turned the A/C on around our preferred temperatures. Nice breakfast. Great value.

1. Walked in and no one was at the front desk, a return by note was at the desk.
2. Room was pretty clean but the beds were horribly uncomfortable.
3. Water in the hot tub was dirty.
4. Pool area was filthy.
5. A lot of kids on bikes were lounging in the lobby area charging their phones. Bikes were lying around the area by the entryway.
That should be enough for now.

The room was very nice, with the only drawback being the mattress was a little uncomfortable in that it seemed soft enough but it was actually a little hard such that a pillowtop mattress would've been more comfortable. The room was very nice, great TV and excellent bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic! Mmmm.

The stay was a traumatizing experience to wake up in the middle of the night with bed bug bites , and to lift up the sheets and see them crawling all around , even on the couch .

Room was a good size and comfortable. Stayed on top floor in far corner so was very quiet. Breakfast was fair.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel amenities, plethora of channels and conveniently located near dining as well as shopping options. Great continental breakfast.

This hotel is beautiful and affordable. The rooms were clean and the staff was awesome. Only con is the hot water didn’t get the hottest and did take awhile to even get hot. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, and game room. Aside from the hot water issue that we had it was a great experience. We’ll be staying again.
