環境非常好 很安全的區域 酒店還可以租自行車🚲
温泉及加熱泳池真的太豪華了 這一大片區域屬於這個超級大富豪（很像Donald Trump）
酒店經常舉辦社區文化活動 前台服務特別棒 非常友好
離景區2miles 周邊吃飯的地方很集中 小店雲集
超級喜歡這個酒店 希望下次多住幾天

每次萊都要住上一段時間，有廚房附近好幾個超市，食材安全，有機食物也多，後面是一大片的樹林和小高爾夫練習場，每天在草坪上看日落非常棒

房間挺好，很有威廉斯堡當地特色，周邊安靜安全，附近吃飯的地方也不少，離Willam&Mary學校也近

Room was very, very small with a tiny dresser, small bathroom and no sofa or comfortable chair. It is obviously a very old hotel with lots of signs of things worn down but at least there was a fresh coat of paint slapped on everything. The door had big gaps around it allowing too much nearby traffic noises inside the room. A mouse or insects would easily crawl under. No deadbolt. Paint peeling off the wall.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable, very hard like laying on floor. Room and bathroom were very small and had outward facing door directly to parking area. Our last stay we were in the main building which is where we had thought we would be this time, sadly mistaken.

Great front desk service. My room was linked to another room via an inside locked door and the neighbors made noise until just after midnight. The staff were sympathetic and willing to move me, or send security - but it would have been a similar room design and the neighbors quieted just as I considered it. The room irself was very comfortable and clean.

From the outside this resort looks very appealing but that is where it stops. We had a one night stay to extend our visit as where we were staying had no more vacancies. My husband and I were lured by the curb appeal. We had a “cabin” room. King size bed. The bed was comfortable and linens clean. Please replace the carpet and furniture. Very outdated and never dusted! The bathroom was remodeled and clean but very small and nowhere to place your toiletries. We are happy it was only one night due to the lack of cleanliness dusting and vacuuming. When mentioned our concerns to the front desk it was a flat response of we will let our cleaning service know. Because this is a Westgate timeshare I also shared my concerns and photos with them as. They couldn’t have cared less with. Our advice is don’t check in exhausted and at night. Check the room first!
