Horrible experience! The two people behind the counter an older lady and younger man were absolutely unprofessional. They sat behind the counter and talked about life and personal stuff as well as how they hated management for 5 minutes before greeting me with a Sir when I am clearly a female. The first room was locked and they then held my keys from me and walked me up to the second room. Super uncomfortable and sketchy. I never checked into room and was promised a refund which then was I would receive deposit back and I didn’t get either!! I NEVER STEPPED FOOR INTO THE HOTEL ROOM!! BEWARE!!!

Easy fast check in. Front desk receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and clean, comfortable bed. Would stay there again. Exactly what you're looking for when passing through.

I called Baymont to request 3rd floor so quiet to study for my son, who next morning was taking boards. Pete said yes 3rd floor avail, so there was no mistake he was reserving upstairs & that my son would be checking in later evening. Even though Pete was there, til 10pm & my son arrived around 8pm, Pete gave him ground floor, not 3rd floor.!!! Then music began playing from 11pm til 1:30am! When he took shower in the morning, the hot water shut off after 5 min, so he had to take a luke warm shower. I hope we NEVER have to go to Peoria ever again & certainly will remember not to stay at Baymont.

The room was fairly nice and clean but the WiFi wasn’t great and the room above me was very noisy.

It was okay. The bed was extremely hard. For the price it was overpriced to me. The floor I almost tripped because it's not level. Almost like a dip in the floor.

Room was terrible. Was non smoking and smelled like a cigar in the room. Remote had no batteries in it. Fridge was broken. Terrible experience.

Nice layout & value for family of 8 - 4 double beds. 4 towels for 8 people makes no sense. You knew there were 8 people staying there. Also, not enough TP for 8

I liked area and also liked you have breakfast. The room was very nice and comfortable. One thing that was missing was a microwave.
