gave me wrong dirty room to start with then our room was dirty beds were not as advertised we bought queen and they were not we had one set of towels for four people and had to constantly ask for towels didn't get more til second night not acceible toilet fridge didn't work microwave was dirty no door on bathroom stove was cracked never cleaned room either day

I was in room #152 before, was using the bathroom when a infestation of roaches came from crawling under the fridge! I was moved to room #155 with 2 small full size beds that they thought were “queens”
Definitely disgustingly dirty! Floors not swept, poop marks in the toilet, roaches everywhere! Will NOT STAY again. Do not waste your money here.

There was only one lady at the counter and she was absolutely slammed. Line literally out the door and she was still treating everyone very politely and efficiently. I really appreciated that.
The only issue I had is that the internet went down and stayed down for several days. Messed me up because I need it for work.

Don’t stay here if you cherish your life. Rooms are super filthy. Smells awful bugs everywhere no bathroom tissue AC does not work awful please do not stay shady people all around the property. The entire property on the outside is Filthy and dangerous. Sheets are all stain. Cigarette burns everywhere. Awful. Don’t stay they will not give you a refund even if you don’t stay at the location they refuse to give you a refund. Don’t stay here. The worst experience of my entire life.
