Very nice room. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Hot and cold breakfast. Coffee needs some flavored creamer and maybe better brand. Taste wasn't very good. Best price in the area for a nice hotel luke this.

I booked this hotel because we are traveling with two small kids and it said they had tub shower combos, which they did not and we were also told there were no rooms with carpet at all even though the photos clearly showed rooms with carpet. It was snowing the floors were slippery in the room when they got wet from our shoes. Breakfast was undercooked eggs and cold sausage. There was also no heat in the lobby where breakfast was held. The cleanliness was subpar at best. This wasn’t our first stay at a La Quinta hotel, but will definitely be our last.

I had a great stay. However the housekeeping staff needs to be mindful of the noise and chatter early in the morning. You could hear them chattering in the halls, loudly in Spanish around 8am. When I got on up and walked out the room, it appeared they were huddle up with their carts, having a meeting. Some people sleep in. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Property charged a $100 incidentals fee. That was fine but then they posted it to my card. So I called property and was told would be credited in 2 to 3 days. Now I have to make sure it actually gets credited. What a pain to deal with. I understand the fee but leave in pending since there were no incidental charges. No other property posts these kinds of fees. I will avoid La Quinta in the future.

Room was in like new condition and well cleaned. Property is in nice condition overall. Staff was busy but friendly and efficient on check in, and helpful with replacing an empty tissue box. Included breakfast was of the variety expected and nicely done. Easy access off Interstate 40 for a convenient overnight stay when on the road.

The smell is TERRIBLE! I can’t stand Fabulousa cleaner and the place is drenched in it.
