Checked into the family room, which was kind of neat for the little guys (2 and 4) bunk beds and lots of room. The TV in the kids space didn't work. Take the kids to the pool which was jammed busy (apparently not just for guests) and the hot tub was out of service. Called front desk requesting an extra pillow (keep the little guy from possibly falling out of bed) and was told they'll have to "go on a scavenger hunt" for one, they'll do their best. NO fitted sheet on the queen size bed, meaning any shift at night and you were face first in a disgusting mattress protector (until it popped off) then onto a dirty mattress. Last time for us.

Room was quiet.
Fan didn’t work for cold air so room was extremely hot, hot tub isn’t working & late checkout won’t be accommodated.

Fine for a one night stay. Clean. Didn’t use the pool but kids looked to be enjoying the waterside. Breakfast had very few options. No fitness centre. Staff was accommodating.
Price was high for value. If the room was $120 or less I would have rated higher.

You can hear everything everywhere, the in room heater sounded like a freight train when it turned on and i dont recommend staying here the same time as a hockey team unless you like kids running down the halls constantly(oversight on our part)

we loved the pool although it was only about 3ft deep and our sink drain was broken but other than that it was a good experience

Took the family for a night out -- arrived too late to use pool and water slide, so decided to go in morning. Got there and pool was closed -- no sign, no info, no advance notice. We found out from a cleaning lady that the pool was closed for maintenance. Would have appreciated being told in advance before getting into our swim suits and walking all the way there. Kids were very disappointed.

The room was very clean. Everything was good with the exception of the bathroom door which was very tight on the floor. It could barely open.

All staff we encountered we indifferent. No friendliness, sighed when asked for pillows, sat at a computer playing a game when we came to check out, didn’t get up or ask about our stay or even look at us. “Can I help you, room number, want a print out, your good to go.” It felt like self serve.
The shower curtain had stains and mold, the room curtain was falling apart and no shear curtains so being on the ground floor, either you close them and be in darkness or open an everyone looks in. (I worked from my room one day). Breakfast was not great one of the 2 boiled eggs I selected was old. Firm and discoloured yolk.
Won’t be going their again.
