Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit

Beautiful and new facility with amenities we have come to expect from Hilton. Extremely disappointed with the sound-proofing. The walls are like paper-thin and I could hear the neighboring kids bickering and adults talking throughout the night.

Everything about our stay was terrific. The staff and the property was very clean. The kitchen staff, and the food was excellent. My only disappoin**ent was the bed was not very comfortable. It was a bit too firm and could have used a pillow topper. The room was outstanding everything was wonderful, except for that bed :-/

We checked in after a long day at the Chris**as festivities in ogunquit. I got in my pajamas and laid on my bed. After a few minutes I realized my pants were getting wet. I looked and the sheets were wet in a circle, and the fourth er down you got the wetter it was. I pulled my hand off while I was on the phone with Chris the manager and realized it was urine. The last guest had wet the bed and I had laid in it- gross. They switched us to the room across the hall. I ahead to showere to get someone else’s urine off me. Got into new dry pajamas and got into my bed again. At 9:30 we pulled out the couch so my oldest could go to sleep and the pull out bed mattress was completely bare- unmade. So again I had to cal down to the front desk so they could Bring up linens, so I could make that bed. The manager was swift in helping us. But it was not very relaxing after a long day especially when we paid over $200 to stay there for only 19 hours. I was very disappointed in the state of the room and seemingly lacking room service, and would like some sort of refund on our rate.

Hampton provided the most uplifting and outstanding service. even though I booked my stay through a third party this is by far one of the best Hamptons I've stayed at. super clean, super friendly. The pool and hot tub were absolutely beautiful. internal and external landscape wonderful. I did not find one negative. thank you again. Highly Recommend!!!!!!

I stay at a lot of high end places but still love Hampton's. Great consistent service and comfortable lodging.
