Great place to visit for a day picnic with kids , good food , decent activity for kids . Well day spent ! Courteous staff and decent rooms facing the pool. Tanveer and tejas at the restaurant were great. Clean pool , and attentive staff near the pool .

I recently stayed at Tropical Retreat Luxury Resort & Spa and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating especially Roshni, she was very good at her work. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay

Excellent experience. Enjoyed every bit of it. Well maintained Rooms, Spa services are good, Adventure activities will rock you and finally food was awesome. Ambrosia and jade both restraunts are good. Overall a perfect gateway for weekend or vacation.

Amazing experience with fantastic view from the room and good quality staff. With good swimming pool and one heated pool as well. One jacuzzi with extra charge and pottery as well. Even the outside activities was good my kids enjoyed alot. The food quality and quantity was good, but the price was little expensive. Overall it was good experience.

The location is good, very pleasant experience, staff is welcoming and helpful special thanks to Lipok for going above and beyond to help us with the Food and service, Food quality was good will be visiting again, highly recommended doing the adventure activities

Food was awesome, ambience is excellent very well kept ,very clean, just the outdoor activities time need to be a bit flexible as the check-in time was 2 pm and checkout time was 11 am, the outdoor activities commence at 10, whereas the breakfast buffet closes at 10.30 therefore putting us at a tight spot.

We had stayed at this property for a few days during our trip to Igatpuri. The Resort is located just off the Mumbai Nashik Highway. The property is nicely laid out with lots of greenery as well as open spaces. The rooms which are quite spacious, seem little aged. The choice of food in the menu is quite limited, but what was served was quite tasty. The highlight of our stay was the outdoor activities like Archery, Unstable Bridge, Target shooting etc., which was real fun. Sandeep and his team who were the staff manning these activities did a wonderful job by giving us proper guidance and assistance. The swimming pool at the center of the resort is also well maintained and big enough to accommodate a group. The staff, be it at the front desk, housekeeping, spa, room service or the restaurant are all very attentive, helpful and efficient. Special mention about Jaya at the Restaurant who served us very well on more than one occasions. Thank you. A few things which could be better: 1) The centralized air-conditioner was noisy and we informed the front desk about it, but they could not be of much help. 2) We also found that there was no peep holes in the main door, which is quite odd. 3) I requested for an extra Key card to my room, but was informed that the system does not allow duplication of key cards. This needs to be looked into and sorted because an extra key card is very useful if one of the occupants wants to move in and out of the room without disturbing the other occupants. 4) More options in the Menu. Presently, the choice is quite limited. Overall, we did had a very relaxing stay.
