It's overrated and overhyped. Amount of money we paid is too much for the service and room quality. Bedsheet ar having holes and is not changed even after complaining. Room is also not so clean. Bathroom sleeper were not provided at first. Commode is also broken. Real waste of money it is. Location is good and it's half km from jagdamba junction.

We stayed in Winsar park for 3 nights in 2 rooms and the whole experience was a pleasant one. The staff was courteous enough to facilitate an early check-in. The rooms and lenin were clean and had required amenities (Wardrobe with electronic locker, mini fridge, TV, kettle, hot and cold water, etc). The breakfast buffet spread was good too. The hotel is close to city center (Jagadamba center) and beach is 5 mins away. Overall we found the stay quite satisfying and would recommend it.

The owner lady was very rude to us. She verbally abused us. We came to complain at the reception. The receptionist forwarded the complaint to the owner and his wife. The owner lady started talking very rudely and hurled abuses at us. Never stepping foot here again

The hotel staff was good. The room was prepared for our arrival. Since it being summer, we were welcomed to a cool room. However, we felt the facilities in the room can be improved a lot. Mainly, towels and bedsheets are worn out, faded and look pale. The hotel should toss out the sheets and towels every couple years. The restaurant on first floor will need a major cleanup, we saw tiny roaches and stopped going to the restaurant.

Overall cleanliness is okay. But need to improve on maintenance. Fridge is kept, but nothing inside. Tea bag, water etc are very limited

The stay was good although we faced some delay in our check in. We got 2 rooms but one room had very bad odour and we had to ask staff to get it sorted and they could only spray some room fresheners which were effective for only 2-3 hrs and the odour again came back.

Terrible, they charged us extra 2000 rs because they found cigarettes butts in the room. The stuff was extremely rude and non welcoming. The entire time they gave us a vibe that it was their hotel so they can do anything.
