Good location but there are better places to stay around. The experience and service is not great. The parking is very expensive and housekeeping is limited. The beds are hard and not a luxury hotel.

A gem of a hotel. Great location with a lot of dining and shopping options all the way to Stephansplatz. 5 minutes walk to St. Stephen’s church-turn right when you exit the hotel lobby door. Shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping the room clean, organized and providing a good supply of coffee and tea which were needed after a full day of activities. The lobby staff were wonderful in giving out needed information especially Marc who was very very welcoming. Definitely will stay here again!!!

We stayed here (my wife, my 2 year old daughter and myself) last week (January 2024) and it was a wonderful stay. The location does not get any better, it’s very easy to walk to almost all major attraction in Vienna, and it’s surrounded by really good restaurants. The staff were very friendly. The room we booked (we booked the executive apar**ent) was very spacious, extremely clean, and very quiet. I really can’t say anything negative about this place. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice location. Because we were there Dec 23,24,25 the price jumped 3X, which isn’t the best. The rooms are heated to the surface temperature of the sun, and we asked the front desk how to cool the rooms, but the thermostat made no difference so we had to keep the windows open to prevent ourselves from melting. Nicely appointed mini-apar**ent

Ideally located for exploring the city. Lovely sized rooms. Good variety at breakfast. Friendly staff. Only small downside was a lack of a bar area for evenings.

Great location, close to the St.Stephan’s cathedral - very central. Large, comfortable room with huge amounts of storage. Staff very friendly and helpful. If coming from the airport, the transfer they can arrange is cheaper and much more convenient than the train.
