The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the hotel parking directly in the underground garage was very convenient. Excellent value for money. "I'm completely satisfied and very happy with my stay! The location is perfect: you can get to the old town, the pedestrian zone/city center, the shopping center, the Sparrenburg castle, and the main train station very quickly. There's a central tram station right in front of the hotel! The room is hygienic, the staff is super friendly and always tries to accommodate you! I especially enjoyed the same employee who always opened the door for me around 3:30/4 a.m. with a friendly smile!!! I'd love to come back very soon!"

"If you arrive after 10 PM at the hotel, there are no staff members left, only guests. If you have your room keys at reception, no one will give them to you; you'll be left on the street, and the police will tell you it's your problem. I find it unbelievable that they treat their guests like this... The breakfast was quite meager: 3 croissants for 20 people. If you arrive around 7:30 AM, there are almost no juices left."

"We stayed at Parkhotel Bielefeld for a night going south through Germany. We keep choosing this hotel when traveling from Denmark. It is a quiet and nice hotel, perfect for a overnight stay. The rooms are large and quiet, so you wake up relaxed ready to continue your journey. There is a good restaurant at the hotel, so no need to elsewhere for dinner. The hotel itself has a nice and relaxing atmosphere, so it is easy to unwind when you get there. And last but not least - the staff is excellent and so service minded, you really feel welcome and they attribute to the cosy atmosphere - in many ways you feel that you are staying at a much smaller hotel, because the staff are so attentive and nice."
