酒店設施一般，還算乾淨。不提供拖鞋，梳子，牙刷等一次性設施。沒有瓶裝水，也沒有燒水壺。加錢升級到景觀房是明智之舉。唯一亮點在於酒店位置絕佳，正對市中心沿街景色。

挺乾淨的，海邊散步很方便，海景也不錯，就是開大型越野車的話，酒店的停車場停不了，要停到離酒店有段距離的公共停車場裏，整體感覺不錯。

原本安排在一樓，實在覺得不行，後來加了90刀，換了套房在四樓，還不錯。原先安排的房間實在不好不值

The location is terrific very easy to walk to many of the downtown area sites. The coffee shop/bakery in the lobby was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Just a beautiful place to stay right on the inner harbour of Victoria. Nice views of the water from most of the rooms. Always lots of interesting stuff going on. Close and walkable to downtown Victoria’s attractions yet set back a bit so not in the middle of the crowds. Close to great dining options. Restaurant on site (Aura) very good. Staff was excellent. Great stay at a reasonable price!

This hotel is very nice, it’s very close to downtown and walking distance to pretty much everywhere, the only downside was their was no hot tub other than that it’s a very nice hotel.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable.

Wonderful location. Beautiful lobby and friendly staff. Quite clean, but could have been a little more discerning in the bathroom. Overall very nice spot and we would stay again.
