San Leonardo Suites

Brilliant location, suites, service and very clean. Guilia was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and helped us organise a taxi back to the airport. Would 100% reccomend to others. Walkable to the city and very clean modern and tidy rooms.

Safe and quiet place. Conveniently located and walking distance from all the tourist attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at San Leonardo Suites. Easy walk to city center. We had an apartment with washing maschine - which we really appreciated after a couple of weeks on the road :-) Would have been great with a drying rack. Building is very new and everything in perfect working order - still missing a bit of charm :-)

Very friendly welcome. Smooth and efficient check in process and parking sorted without issue. Also for the first time ever we got a bonus upgrade. Room was delightful. Spacious clean, good facilities. Breakfast was included so we enjoyed the buffet both mornings. Food was grand - not a huge selection but enough to fill up my children

The property was lovely, nice and clean. we were disappointed that the tv was in Italian which was to be expected however we were prevented from changing it to English. This spoiled our holiday, you may say you don't go on holiday to watch tv but my husband is this trip was for our 35th wedding anniversary. he has mobility issues and gets tired easily. we only went out for a few hour every day, the rest of the time we were in the appartment.

Very modern, well equiped apartment. Lovely service, helpful staff. We’d definitely stay there again.

La habitación y el baño son amplios, aunque no tiene armarios cerrados. El desayuno es malo. La ubicación es buena, aunque no está en el centro. No tiene recepción, y si se te olvida la llave en la habitación o necesitas algo que no sea urgente, la penalización es de 100 o 200 €, dependiendo de la hora. Increíble, pero cierto.

Hemos estado alojados en este hotel 4 noches. La habitación con buena cama, cómoda y grande. Sin armarios para la ropa. Solo dispone de unas barras con perchas para colgar. No dispone de sitio para dejar la maleta abierta. Una de las que teníamos estaba en la mesa-escritorio. El baño amplio. Las toallas las cambian cada 3 días salvo que expresamente lo pidas. Pero lo peor, ¡el desayuno!. No hay de nada. Los panecillos duros como piedras, un bizcocho industrial, algo de jamón cocido y lonchas de queso, huevos duros, nada de desayuno caliente (revuelto, tortilla...), las mismas tortitas todos los días. No puedes tostar nada. Si quieres una tostada el encargado saca unas rebanadas de pan integral de una bolsa y las tuesta en una sarten. En definitiva, una vergüenza de desayuno. No tiene recepción. Sólo están presentes entre las 7 am y las 11 am. Fuera de ese horario si los necesitas por ejemplo, por haber olvidado la llave en la habitación, el despiste puede costarte entre 100€ y 200€. ¡No exagero! Esta escrito en las indicaciones que te entregan con la llave.
