Canal View San Marco Luxury Rooms

My Wife and I couldn’t fault this appartment. Excellent location right in the heart of Venice, only 5 minutes walk from St Marks square and Realto Bridge The apartment was spacious, air conditioned spotlessly maintained with a large en-suite bathroom with a great shower! With 2 windows that looked over a canal with Gondolas passing by. The deal included a stocked mini fridge with beer, Coke, water and Prosecco. The hosts were very friendly,welcoming with lots of advice about the area. The one and only negative would be the steep stairs up to the apartment from the street. No problem for us, but if mobility is an issue then think twice as there is no lift. I would definitely highly recommend these apartments without hesitation ! The owners should be very proud of what they have here !

We stayed in the deluxe double 'Gold' room with canal view and our stay was exceptional. Matteo's very helpful short video to locate the hotel was much appreciated and his friendliness and professionalism on arrival is unparalleled. The room is immaculate, the free mini bar was a nice surprise and the location could not be better.

WOW! If you want to feel like royalty then stay here. My partner and I stayed at Matteo’s place for two nights but we wished we stayed for more. On arrival, Matteo met us downstairs and carried our bags up to our room. We were greeted with the most amazing venation room decked out in blue. He brought us cold drinks on a silver platter, yes this happened, and said you can help yourself to anything in the fridge which included beers, Prosecco, Coca Cola and more. We had gondola’s travelling right outside our window, even getting the odd gondolier opera singling or playing the guitar. We have been traveling europe for three months and this was by far our best accommodation of the lot. Thanks again Matteo - would 100000% recommend
